This would have been my third year going to this business. However they have decided not to have my health insurance information anymore. Well I did not have my card with me, my fault. I said I will bring it back in or call you with the information. I am such a valued customer that that was not good enough, I would have to pay for my exam out of pocket. I told the receptionist I have been coming here for some time now and if you can't see me I will have to find someone else. No surprise it did not phase her a bit, she could have cared less. This is exactly why people are leaving the Meadville area to seek care in Erie, Greenville, Butler, I really don't need to go on. Sorry Chris did not realize one customer was so invaluable.

I have been seeing Dr. Adsit for quite a few years. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and dedicated. I recently traveled from another state to have Dr. Adsit check my prescription. I did this because I can see with the prescription he provides me! Dr. Adsit's staff are efficient. I can't wait for Vision Source to fill the prescription. This business has excellent inventory. The staff is always willing to answer questions and repair my glasses. Thank you Dr. Adsit and Vision Source!
