I thought the staff was very nice and helpful. Dr Santora was very nice and spent time with me, explaining the procedures. It was a long office time but well worth it for a thorough visit

The office staff leaves ALOT to be desired. They are unorganized and unprepared. I was placed on hold numerous times, having to relay the same information to the person I was transferred to. The office manager was rude and seemed to be bothered by my questions. We were told to call them by our eye dr directly because they were concerned with the symptoms and this office didn't seem to care at all that this was deemed urgent. After 30 minutes of being on hold and repeating answers they "lost our call". Very unprofessional office all around.

I went to see Dr. Robert Santora for an emergency situation that happened while visiting NWPA. I must have been keeping him from an important meeting (golf), because I was rushed through everything. When the nurse ask him if they could page him if I had complications, Dr. Santora replied, "You can, but I probably won't answer." I appreciate them getting me in on short notice, but his patient skills are severely lacking. I hope he doesn't treat his normal patients like this.

WAITED FOR NEARLY AN HOUR!!!
Seen people come, waiting for the appointment, and seen the same people for their appointment, leaving! Heard one individual thanking the receptionist for taking them early, as being waiting for the appointment. Also seen people walk in the door as being waited for the appointment, and them same people be seen before the appointment. In the hour wait, I'd seen almost a handful of people in the appointment wait. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

This place is absolutely ridiculous with the waiting. We spent 5 hrs one time, next time sat in the room for 40 mins had to go ask if we were being seen before they went to lunch. If this were my Dr I would not be coming here.
