I loved Dr. Hill, but his Physician Assistant, Jim, was so RUDE! He was the cause of me not going back to the practice! Once, I arrived for my appointment on time, but another patient was squeezed in before me, while I sat for an hour or more waiting to be seen! There was something about Jim that I NEVER like. I was very uncomfortable in his presence. Another friend said the exact same thing, and she was a mental health therapist. I think he hates people deep down. Nobody should have to put up with his bizarre, almost sadistic behavior. He was absolutely awful. I feel bad for Dr. Hill.

I went to Dr. Hill for an eye exam, and after looking at the glasses selection I did not find any that I liked. When I was preparing to leave, Dr. Hill informed me that I could order contacts, and I said that I did not want them and was mainly looking for glasses. After saying this he continued to pressure me into getting the contacts saying it was a better deal with my insurance but again, I said no. My insurance covered my appointment so I was not charged anything when I left. This was in October. In December, I finally found some glasses I liked at another business and when I went to buy them I was told that my account balance was used to order contact lenses... I called my insurance and Dr. Hill's office and Dr. Hill and his son informed me they would fix this as soon as possible. It has now been over a month and my insurance has still not heard from Dr. Hill and I cannot get new glasses until he sends them a letter. I am extremely disappointed and my insurance has called Dr. Hill's office repeatedly. I am hoping Dr. Hill will read this and finally give my insurance back the money . At this point after no action with repeated attempts to contact, I think that Dr. Hill did this on purpose. 10/10 do not recommend.

Have been seeing Jim since I was a kid. Had numerous sets of glasses and contacts until he recommended me for LASIK. One of the best decisions of my life! I still go back to Jim every other year for a regular check. Extremely personable and provides excellent service!! Highly recommend!

The front desk man Jim is rude and hangs up the phone on you. All because I forgot about my appointment today. He would keep hanging up when calling and I cannot make an appointment. This kind of customer service is absurd

Dr Hill is very caring and understanding wouldn't change Drs for anything God bless
