Worst customer service. My husband went to get sunglasses $800 dollars when we got them they were to rounded for his prescription which the girl selling them didn't know so no knowledge on what they are selling. We go back the other lady said it's because they are curved ok makes sense but the Dr wanted to try again. Still didn't work. Could have saved a step if we would have been able to order the other sunglasses that he ended up with the second visit. Then my sons glasses he is 17 broke 6 weeks after we got them he only wears them occasionally they broke in front off he nurse while he was doing his vision test at school. I said how could they have broken first she blamed my son which I was like no he isn't irresponsible then she insurance shamed me saying these aren't our frames they are Davis we only carry them because we have to. Omg take a you tube class on service if she would have sympathized about my frustration I wouldn't be writing. Never going back.

My family has been going to Dr Budd for years. He is very efficient, but also very thorough. There were several years that we couldn't go because our insurance had changed, but as soon as it changed back to one of the ones he accepts we went right back to him. He's a great doctor.

Dr. Budd is the best! I used to see him as a teenager and when I returned to Pittsburgh after a long absence I went back to see him again and have been going to him since. He is very thorough, and always very patient in testing vision. I've been to other places where they rush through the eye test and my prescription never came out right. Dr. Budd takes his time and my prescription is right every time. I've also been to places where the care is disjointed and unfocused, with different people examining me and none of them communicating whatsoever. Dr. Budd's office is the opposite - it's comprehensive, cohesive, and competent care.

Don't see this guy. Very rude and condescending. He didn't even do a full eye exam. It was done haphazardly and he used my old glasses to prescribe a new pair instead. To add insult to injury, he accused me of being a perfectionist. His new prescription was off slightly in one eye and it was slightly blurry from that eye of the frame. It was an annoying experience so I went back to him not once but twice and he just sneered at me in a condescending way each time and refused to fix the problem. I ended up going to Eyetique in Wilkins Township and they fixed the issue quickly. Don't see this guy. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
