Tracy was amazing! She helped me with an emergency appointment for my daughter who was struggling with an eye infection. Dr. Jill took care of us right away and made my daughter feel relaxed. Just love them there!

I was unfamiliar with this particular establishment, but we happened to be in the area late on a Friday afternoon because my daughter had accidentally scratched her cornea and was in a lot of pain. I thought I would be told to call back. Instead, Shelly, the Office Manager tweaked the schedule and provided an immediate (within 30 minutes) appointment. Kayla, the technician, was exacting with getting the details while providing a funny running commentary. Dr. Jill was just amazing! She provided a caring and exacting service and her diagnosis and treatment for it was spot on and rapidly effective. While my daughter was being treated, I was able to peruse the eyeglasses. There is an extensive contemporary selection. Having my own eye issues for many years, I can highly recommend this particular establishment.

Great place when it was Monroeville Eye Care but now run by greedy corporation. 3 months after spending almost $600 out of pocket plus using insurance I received a bill for an additional $72. I have received calls from the corporations that apparently are coming from another country and extremely hard to understand what they're saying. I certainly miss the hands on experience from the old Monroeville Eye Care, if there was an issue it was resolved by the staff where you were doing business. Will be finding a new place that handles all the dealings with Eye care at place of establishment.

The last I went here, my exam was so fast that I was concerned. Then, the office had two young ladies from another office assisting, I believe they said from murrysville. When they were checking the pressure in my eye the thing that they inserted to touch my eye to test the pressure was not put in correctly and it hit me in the eye multiple times. I believe theyvwere using the wrong instrument. It took a several months for my eye to heal, and it wouldn't stop watering. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will not be going back to this office.

I had a great experience today with Tracy, she gave me a few options of frames to choose from an also helped me choose the perfect match. She was very polite patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Everybody was very helpful and courteous! They answered my questions and helped me find what I needed. Dr. Alberts is great!

I have been going to this place for years .never had a problem until this year. They had moved to a new location. I had my appointment at the old location with a women dr. I have never seen before .never was I told they were moving in 2 weeks ,never received a call they were moving .went back to pick up my glasses still never told they were moving.told them right when I put the glasses on they were not correct was told had to try them for a couple weeks.so when the couple weeks were up guess what they moved! I was beyond frustrated. There was a adress on the door. Of course not opened yet. So I waited until I found they were opened and went out .the one lady who waited on me isn't very personable. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying I got mad and finally another dr. Not dr.alberts came out to recheck my glasses. And guess what they were not correct someone screwed them up. Long story short I waited again for glasses to be remade and low and behold they came back wrong again!!!! SO I DEMANDED A REFUND !!!! Never again will I go back there very terrible .my opinion.

Please please please please never go through my eye doctor. The worst experience ever. My lenses were made incorrect, the first time. They tried to remake my lenses the second time broke my nose bridge. Do to making one of my lenses too thick. Then decided to not want to reimburse me my money. The frames they broke were $2, 700. And I had the nerve to tell me they can take 50% off of some cheap lenses that they sell. This is the worst experience of my life dealing with eyeglasses.
