I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Marie Homa-Palladino. My son could not tolerate Ortho-K, and when I informed her that we needed to discontinue, she repeatedly tried to pressure me out of that decision -- suggesting refitting, other treatments, and even saying my son's eyes would "get worse." She also dismissed the negative Ortho-K experiences I had researched as "bogus." It did not feel like guidance; it felt like an attempt to keep the sale. After returning everything*, I emailed to document the discontinuation and next steps and never received a reply. Weeks passed with no communication and no follow-up, even after my husband left a voicemail more than once. Only after we were forced to escalate the situation did the practice finally respond. Based on the lack of professionalism, the pressure tactics, and the complete lack of communication, I cannot recommend Dr. Homa-Palladino or this practice. *Per the agreement, I only needed to return the lenses. Instead, Dr. Homa-Palladino took the entire kit, which felt unprofessional. UPDATE: Following weeks of delay, we received two refund checks -- both wrong. The first was issued in my minor child's name and for an incorrect amount. The second was also for less than the contractual refund owed. Issuing inaccurate checks twice demonstrates serious administrative negligence. Patients should not have to chase down proper reimbursement from a medical practice. This experience further validated our decision to discontinue care.

Exceptional service all around. Staff is very kind and professional. Office is easy access and very calming for eye practice. Dr. Kuc and staff attend to all needs in such manner it makes you feel as if you've been patient for long time. Appointment availability and ease to make appointment only make office better. Music on point as well. All love!!

Very professional, from start to finish, ladies at reception where extremely polite and professional, Dan was great in how he did the examination and Dr Chris was fantastic, explained everything I needed to know. A very well presented and spotless suite. Looking forward to going back in a year, very highly recommended....

Love this office. Reception is always pleasant and helpful, staff is great and Dr. Kuc is wonderful and patient. He has never made me feel rushed and takes the time to answer all my questions. Bonus- they play great music throughout the office- no elevator music! Haha

You will not find a more professional and caring eye care place than MOA in Newtown Square. I was referred there after my eye surgery for follow-up lens adjustments. From Tara at the front desk taking care of appointments, to Dan helping with all the procedures, to Dr. Kuk listening and understanding how to deliver the ultimate vision adjustments, my experience there was first-rate. I was actually sorry that my last visit was my last - the environment and care was very special. They also play the most relaxing and best music while waiting between procedures. Highly recommended!

Compassionate care, my doctor always takes time to explain my health issues and listen to my concerns. Staff is professional, efficient, and most importantly kind. Each time I leave this practice I feel seen and well cared for.

I had an eye emergency. The office was able to fit me in immediately! I was so thankful! The receptionist was so understanding and kind. I drove to the office and was impressed with the setting. It was clean simple and lightly decorated. Dr. Kuc was so kind, knowledgeable and he made me feel at ease. I just got back home and I'm writing this review. I loved my experience there. I am happy to say they have a patient for life now! It was so nice! The patient leaving the office when I was coming in told me I would be happy with my experience and she was not wrong! This place is great! Thank you so much Dr. Kuc!

As always I was warmly greeted by the staff. Very efficient, professional and friendly. Dr. Christopher Kuc is the best! I definitely trust my vision care to him and his staff! The student he is mentoring during my visit today, Ms. Azqa, has a wonderful bedside manner that I'm sure will translate well with her own practice.
