Dr. Regillo is excellent. The front office staff/office manager need to improve their customer service skills. Their lack of knowledge regarding billable follow up visits post surgery is appalling. Insisted I pay a copay for a post surgical visit which was a non billable visit. Had to call their billing office to get refund to my credit card.

Dr. Vander is an exceptionally good communicator. Listens well. Very clear, caring. Seems very competent and confident. Good attitude. Office is well run with efficient and pleasant staff.

Gave someone a ride here. Not going back. I had to make a follow up appointment for them and both front receptionists were great. It was the interaction of the two working behind the receptionists that was unacceptable.

Doc was more than an hour late, each time, for 3 appointments over 18 months. A long wait in a crowded, congested seating area is normal. Plan accordingly.

I first presented to Dr. Michael Klufas with the onset of age-related macular degereration (I was then 77 years old) in my left eye less than one year ago. Some 50+ years earlier I had lost the central vision in my right eye as a result of laser treatment, then the only treatment available to stop further deterioration of vision. The treatment of macular degeneration has come a long way since the 1980s, and Dr. Klufas currently treats me with regular injections in the right eye every six weeks. The results for me have been spectacular, since the vision in my only remaining fully functioning eye has been preserved totally intact (except for of course congenital nearsightedness and age-related presbyopia). This form of treatment (a needle in the eye!) may seem intimidating to some, and perhaps too invasive, but the alternative is ultmately a total loss of vision, clearly an unacceptable outcome for most! Dr. Klufas is a highway regarded professional in his field with a technique that makes thiis seemingly "scary" quite acceptable (at least to a patient like me). Somehow he gives the impression that preparation for the injection is still going on, when he suddenly tells you it is over - and it is over, and you can relax. I've had about 7 or 8 treatments wiith him, and only once did I feel any noticeable pain. Since that time (about 4 injections back) I have had no (or insignifiant) pain. I highly recommend Dr. Klufas to anyone who might be looking toward treatment for macular degeneration, partly for his skill in achieving good results, and partly for his ability to make an intimidating procedure much less daunting.

They were able to fit me in right away and took care of my problem immediately. It was very simple and they were very professional. I'm very happy with the way things worked out and I would definitely refer anyone to them for Treatment.

I really appreciate the care I received at this office. Everyone was nice and accommodating to me. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was at ease with the procedure that had to be done. The nurse that sat with me during my procedure was EXTREAMLY nice to me. She told me what to expect during and after the procedure. I genuinely appreciate her efforts to calm me. My whole experience here was great and I would recommend anyone who needs these services to come here!
