I went to the wrong location and the correct location did not reschedule me because of my tardiness. The service was amazing. The doctor gave me a better set of contacts that actually fit my pupil and not a pair that I needed to wear readers. The entire staff was amazing. Comfortable and clean atmosphere. Although my insurance doesn't cover my glasses, I was given a great deal on the cost of the glasses and contacts. I would high recommend them.

Everyone at the Newtown Square office was amazing! They made sure my 7 year old was comfortable and at ease during all parts of appointment. Leelee went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best deal and right price, letting us leave with two new frames and a third pair of lenses to replace the old ones in his current frames. They even fixed my son's current pair of glasses because they were a little crooked. I will continue to bring my son here, schedule an appointment for myself and recommend this location to others!

I had a great experience today at MyEyeDoctor. Kathryn and Michael were so helpful and from the moment I walked in the door, they worked together as a team to make my whole experience personalized and thoughtful. They were very helpful in helping me choose frames and lenses and explaining what my insurance would cover as well as current promotions I could take advantage of. I will absolutely return to this location for services in the future.

Katherine Artis at the Newtown Square MyEyeDr is truly wonderful. From the moment I met her, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right glasses. She knows her craft inside and out and stays fully up to date on all the latest lens and eyewear technology, but what really stood out was how she made everything feel easy and comfortable. She took the time to listen, explain options clearly, and guide me without any pressure. It is rare to come across someone who combines deep expertise with such warmth and authenticity. MyEyeDr is very lucky to have her, and I am grateful for the experience she created.

I'll qualify my review by stating I'm generally a skeptic of chain/franchise operations. I booked with MyEyeDr and found an available date rather quickly, good start. My appointment started on time, and I like their setup of administrative intake, optical tech exam, doctor's exam. It was pulled off smoothly, and I found good engagement at each level. Special recognition to the intake specialist Michael, similar sense of humor, fun visit. The exam was well-explained and questions were answered, and that's what it's all about. I was advised on how to handle my cataracts going forward, the reason for my visit. Looking forward to my new glasses done in under 10 days. If I have one concern, it would be passive-aggressive "push the sale" methods--but they're in this to do business, so I can't be too harsh. Good experience, I'll be going back when necessary. One more recognition, the young lady who did a follow-up call and informed me my insurance would cover a 2nd pair for free, which I took her up on. A two-fer!

Fantastic office. It's very modern, clean, and has a great selection of frames. The staff is beyond friendly (LeeLee gave me and my daughter a big hug!) and Katherine was very beyond helpful in working to get us the best price with our insurance - she even stayed late to make sure everything was set. Dr Cheri was very knowledgeable and helped me understand an issue with a thin cornea I never knew I had. Amazing all around I'll drive an hour to come back!

I had an Amazing Experience at Myeyedr Newtown Square. The clientele here are amazing. Sanaa is so sweet, It felt like we've been friends forever for how comfortable she made me feel. Sanaa did all my testing before I saw the doctor. Dr. Kevin was so nice and made me feel very comfortable with trusting my eyes in his care. Lee Lee took great care of me with choosing my new glasses and welcoming me into the glasses club. She is very sweet and made sure I had exactly what I wanted and needed. Katherine is also a sweet soul. She was on it trying to save me as much money as possible for the purchase of my new glasses. Thank you all for making my experience so great.

This was my first visit, and I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment was very welcoming. Ms. Katherine, Mr. Michael and Dr. Kevin Mathes was friendly and helpful, and they took the time to clearly explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my appointment. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great eye doctor!
