I have had the Best experience. The pre -test guy ... Barra needs raise ... very professional and should definitely go grad school . The receptionist . Was very informative and treated me professionalism. Oh & Lola pick my glasses out. The Doctor was great too!

Samantha and Symaya at America's Best were professional, friendly, and super helpful. This was my first time actually needing glasses, and I was nervous, but they made it fun and easy. Great customer service!

Scheduled a routine eye exam and was barely acknowledged upon walking in. I was told they didn't accept my insurance even though I verified that they do several times with both Americas Best and my vision insurance company. Ultimately, a rep from my insurance called them about the issue after they gave me grief several times and she stated they were not being honest for unknown reasons and reported them. The assistant manager said she would call me to reschedule the appointment, which never happened. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Samantha Amy and Jane and the rest of the staff were so great and helpful! I was in and out in 40 minutes with a great exams and two new pairs of glasses ordered. Love this place!

I had a horrible experience at this store location.I only needed to have my prescription added to a pair of glasses..gave a store coupon and $99.XX OTC-CARD for out of pocket. America Best they do not have the coupon and refuses to refund my $99.XX...the measurements for the glasses were not accurate and were sent back to the lab..now this has been going on since 08/16/25 and it is now 12/25..and they still have my glasses..I have called the store numerous times was told I would get a callback from manager..that never happened..called again on 12/16/25-Monday at 6:45pm..Manager answered the phone asked about my glasses $99.XX refund and why she never returned my call..never said why..only said she would call me back. 12/17/25--Tues--Received call from Amy-Manager and she said (with attitude) that the only option I had was to pick up my glasses and I will not be getting a $99.XX refund..I asked her why..she said because the issue has been going on since August, 2025...I want a resolution for this issue

Awful experience! After purchase... purchased contacts was told I would get solution... the manager told me "oh you was told wrong" the receptionist shouldn't have told you that then proceeded to ask me didn't you get them with your trial... I said you didn't have it then and i told the receptionist I would purchase some for my trial... she then said ok you'll get some when your order comes in.... Manger "we still don't have it" poor customer service and had a nerve to give me an attitude... One and done with this place don't visit!

Pretty disappointed in this location. Just seems whoever answered the phone that day was not really wanting to do her job. As soon as she picked up she continues to carry on her conversation with a coworker about her personal stuff. I asked for a certain brand of lenses to inquire if they still keep them in stock, immediately without a second thought she told me no they only keep one brand in stock ever. That was just a blatant lie! She didn't want to do her job and check so she can keep on talking to her coworker or friend. I'd rather go to a place that wants my business.

The service rep that attended to my wife her name is Samantha located @ the 22nd & Oregon ave Philadelphia America's Best location. She was very Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful. She was very sociable gave my wife Arlene Tabita her honest Professional opinion trying to select nice frames. Made us feel very comfortable her demeanor was really public relation and note she had a million dollar smile. Answered all our questions in regards to my wife's glasses. All I can say this young lady Samantha is a definite asset to America's Best buisness. Please be advise, the lost of a very good excellent employee like Samantha would be a great gain to another buisness. Don't lose her !! Thank you
