I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this eyeglass store! From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Victoria, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. She was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She helped me to access additional insurance coverage I didn't even know that I had. She truly knows her stuff. Josh was also wonderful to work with; professional, welcoming, and just as cheerfully pleasant throughout the process. On top of the amazing customer service, they have a very wide and impressive selection of eyeglasses. There are so many stylish and high-quality options to choose from, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of new glasses. Five stars all the way!

From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind -- and that is 100% because of Victoria and Bre. Victoria and Bre went above and beyond in every possible way. They were patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt dismissive -- they truly took their time and made sure everything was perfect. What stood out most was how intentional they were. They explained everything clearly, answered every question without attitude, and made the entire experience feel personal, not transactional. You can tell they actually care about the people they're helping, and that makes a HUGE difference. Customer service like this is rare. Victoria and Bre are absolute gems -- professional, warm, and genuinely exceptional at what they do. They are the reason I will be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Katyria was so knowledgeable! She helped my young teens feel super independent. We visited on a Saturday morning and was grateful for their walk in service. My family was able to get their eye exams and place orders for glasses with Katyria. Let's keep her

Harbison Eye is wonderful. They get you in fast and even take walk-ins. My son missed his appointment but when we walked in today he was seen by the doctor within 20 minutes and got to pick out his glasses right away. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors was so friendly and welcoming. We both felt really comfortable. Truly a great experience.

Although the store was busy assisting other patients, we were checked in quickly as walk-ins for two people with no appointment. Tiffany, Victoria, and Kim made us feel very welcome and were knowledgeable, helping me choose glasses and lenses that best matched my preferences. Dr. Chau was kind and very thorough, taking the time to ensure my eyes were healthy and addressing all of my questions. Would recommend

I had a really good experience, yari helped me with picking out glasses and she was so sweet and patient the whole time. She gave honest opinions, and helped me find something that actually fit my face and looked good. She explained everything clearly and made the process easy. Definitely appreciate her she made the appointment way better. My grandma always comes here and she recommends yari to everyone.

This is my first time at this office and I have to say that Victoria is the best!! From a mixup with my insurance to actually coming in and paying out of pocket, she was not only a consummate professional but she went above and beyond to make sure that I stayed within budget!! If you are visiting this location, please ask for Victoria. You will not be disappointed. I will be returning to this location just because of Victoria.
