First time client: Amazing experience! I didn't even have to tell him what I wanted. I have full eyebrows and often other salons try to thin them out.. He did a fantastic job of maintaining them in their full natural state. I would recommend anyone who can get an appointment Andrenna

Nicc townsend is the best and he has given me a respective on Brows and he is so amazing. I just took his class.

My wife had an appointment today at 10:00 am. She arrives at the place at 10:06 am and they would not see her and kept her deposit. She called me crying and upset, because she's dealing with so much right now. This was a treat I was doing for her because she's working a full time and a part time job. On top of all that she's taking care of her mother full time that has Alzheimer's. This is very upsetting and does not seem fair on so many levels.

Niccktownsend maintains an extremely clean and comfortable environment, with perfect attention to detail. The air quality was great, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Just left Nick Townsend salon it was my third visit first with Nick! As usual the salon was elegant smelled amazing. My brows are beautiful!!!!! So worth the hour drive! I also purchased the setting gel! Nick wouldn't except a tip!!!!! So classy can't wait for my next service!

I was a first time customer at this brow bar, and super excited to experience the Nicck Townsend experience. Unfortunately, my experience here was not the best. I arrived early for my appointment, was greeted, and led to the waiting area for service. Great lighting and luxe design. Upon meeting Nicck, he wasn't rude... but seemed surprisingly cold and unfriendly. I was not expecting that given his personality on social media. But whatever, I didn't book for friendship. Let's just focus on the service. Nicck sat me down and started mapping my brows in complete silence. His attention seemed elsewhere and it was not exactly a mystery as to why. During my services, Nicck stopped several times to encourage his staff members to showcase his products via an apparent Instagram Live feed. Maybe it's in the booking fine print, but I was not made aware beforehand that this would occur during my appointment, nor was I asked if I would like to be featured in the background of this live stream. Anyway, It took his attention away from my services as Nicck apparently did not like the way that his staff members were presenting his products on the stream, and felt the need to continuously pause on my brows and fully turn away from me to coach his staff on what features to say, what else to add, etc. on the livestream. I did not have his full attention and it unfortunately showed. My brows ended up being the worst shape that I've ever had... the tails on both sides were completely removed and the arch of the brows did not fit my face shape in the least. So yes, the salon is beautiful and the decor is tasteful, but I was super disappointed with the actual services rendered. I felt that the entire experience was not worth the travel time nor the $60 + tip for these brows that were not a correct fit for my face, and tail hairs that are still struggling to recover. I say this because it's been awhile since that appointment and my brow tails have yet to fully grow back. Yes, I see others raving about Nicck's talent, and I'm glad that their services were rendered well. However, that was just not my experience here. This appointment left me feeling underwhelmed and with little desire to return again in future. I hope that your experience is better than mine and wish you good luck with your future brow appointments.

I had my first visit with Nicck this week. The salon is clean, bright, and welcoming. He and his staff are very friendly and kind. As a first time client, for him but also brow waxing/tinting in general, I was nervous. But Nicck took the time to listen to my concerns. We discussed what look I wanted for my brows, and he made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I am so happy with the final look, and so thankful I found this salon. If you are hesitating on booking an appointment - do it. You won't regret it!
