Today was my 2nd annual Retina exam and just like the first, each staff member and Dr. Brader have been wonderful. Everyone was kind, professional, attentive. The wait for my appointment wasn't super long. They moved me along between tests in a timely fashion. The office is lit, clean, and comfy. The atmosphere is calm. I have no complaints about getting my eyes checked by the medical professionals that work in this office. Thank you.

Dr Niknam is excellent. I have no problem with the medical care I received the issue is with how the office operates. Today I only had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time before someone called my name. It was a time in the past when I waited more than 2 hours so simply reschedule. No one called me at all that time. Today I was called 45 minutes after my appointment time and was not done until more than 2 hours past Mike schedule appointment time. This makes for a very expensive visit given the cost of parking in center City Philadelphia.

Dr. Tabas is an expert who clearly knows her stuff and is an excellent communicator. She very thoroughly went over my post cataract lens options, talking out all the considerations, the pluses and minuses of different lenses. At the surgery center she is completely on top of things, as is her entire team. I felt very confident with their care and level of professionalism.

Finding this place was like being on Amazing Race. The building, unlabeled lobby and elevators for an not-so-patient person is aggravating to say the least. In the actual office space, the configuration of each testing room is a tad bit convoluted while trying to fill out paperwork as a first timer. But service from the actual Opthalmologist is outstanding. She, Dr. Niknam, knows your eyeballs, which as an African American man beyond a pair of eye glasses, appreciates immensely!
