Me and my family felt welcomed the minute we walked into the door. Alberto was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating towards me and my family. My son loves his glasses and honestly I'm so happy that he can see better and feel more confident; I also appreciate the rest of the staff for the part they played as well. Our experience was great and I truly would recommend them to family and friends!

Alberto and Mary both were phenomenal. They helped us when it came to getting my grandson into some glasses that was affordable as well as informing us about the eyeglass club that we could become members to for great discounts going forward. Also Alberto was always kind and considerate even when first setting up the appointment with us over the phone. Mary gave my daughter info. Concerning Eye insurance with Chip today specializes in children's eye care health as well. It was a pleasure working with both individuals. I give them both a 5

"I recommend them!!! I called to ask if they take walk ins, was told come right over, I was in there for not even 1 hour, so quick & professional!!!! I walked out of there with an eye exam, 2 pairs of glasses, and added anti-reflective coating on both glasses for only $200 -- super cheap in my opinion. Thank you guys -- Mary & the whole team absolutely deserve those margaritas!" Cheers to such wonderful customer service

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. When I came in to discuss my son's glasses, I spoke calmly, but the staff member assisting me was extremely loud , loud enough that people down the hall could hear our private conversation. I politely asked her more than once to lower her tone to match mine, but she dismissed my concern and even suggested I move to another colleague instead. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. As a self-pay patient (I was not using insurance), I also felt her approach to discussing my benefits was unprofessional and unnecessarily loud, even though I already understood the situation. Instead of being treated with respect and discretion, I left feeling very uncomfortable. I ended up going to another eye doctor nearby who treated my son and me with kindness, respect, and a professional, mellow tone and it was well worth the money I spent. ( I will also provide a receipt of purchase) all of this happened within the last 30 mins. I hope that you properly train your staff to better assist the patients. Moral of the story: if a patient speaks softly, it's common courtesy to reciprocate. Loudness is unnecessary and unprofessional, especially in healthcare.

Mary and Alberto were extremely helpful, along with the doctor's. Alberto was able to switch my appointment on the spot because I booked my appointment at the wrong location. Mary helped with my frames. Thank you so much.

Very kind people! I went to get my glasses fixed (loose screw) and Alberto at the front not only cleaned and fixed my glasses, he also didn't charge me for it! I'm definitely coming back to get my eyes checked here

I went in there on November 20, 2025 for an eye exam. Everything was cool until I got time to check out. I wanted to pay in cash because that's all I had and they could not make change for me because they don't keep any cash on hand. I was asked to pay with a card but I did not have one on me. No one was willing to make change for me.

Let me tell you all about this America's Best shop. They are the BEST, they make you feel more like family than a customer, the customer service is SUPERB! I love them so much, I want to make up reasons to go in the store; so much so, I have ordered additional pairs of glasses for my husband and I. Another thing I love about the store, is the camaraderie between the workers and their Manager Shaquana, she is so encouraging and motivating and the staff will tell you that. You can tell they love what they do as the love overflows to the customers. Yes, I said love as that's what it feels like....remember I stated they treat you more like family than a customer.
