Redika was a phenomenal assistance on my first visit to America's Best! She took the time to assist me in a very professional manner! She's truly a gem!

Everyone as I walked in the biulding was extremely kind towards me. The man and woman at the front desk expedited my insurance process. Doctor You ( probably spelled that wrong) went out of her way to be respectful and answer my questions. Rediki not only helped me pick out my glasses, but was also cordial. She was was very conversive while helping me though the final stages of paying my glasses. I had a very nice experience and everyone was wonderful. Thanks alot

I had a great experience! Both the optometrist Alan Roth & the young lady Frantzcheska who helped me pick out my glasses/contacts were absolutely amazing! This was my first time going there. I will definitely be going back in the future. The office as a whole were very nice & accommodating. Well worth the visit!

1st time going here for my ususal annual check up to get a pair of glasses The ophthalmologist was courteous and professional Sales floor team interacts smoothly with one another. My associate was Frantzcheska. She had patience, gave honest feedback about the various frames I tried on, and assisted me wonderfully when I was down to my "Final 3" pairs decision. She has a warm, but professional demeanor The price of a complete pair of glasses here, considering the great styles they have, exceeds me being pleasantly surprised I have already started to Recommend this location to others, thank you for the great overall experience!

Im so glad that I came to America's Best on this day. I had the pleasure of being served by Redika. She was very patient, kind and professional, and she has a pleasant attitude towards customers. I visited this establishment last Wednesday on the 5th to get my sons fitted for some new glasses. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. They're so welcoming. Franchesca(I apologize if I spelled your name wrong) she was absolutely wonderful! Very accommodating, patient, polite, helped with my boys frames, went step by step about the process, gave us great suggestions about the lenses, even took my boys glasses that they were wearing and cleaned them for us. She just made the process so easy. There are so many great things that I can say about her that wouldn't even fit in this review. If you live near or visiting the city line area and are looking for glasses or an eye exam, make sure you visit this America's Best and ask for Franchesca. 10/10!

My husband and I met with Frantzcheska at the City Ave location. Frantzcheska's customer skills are awesome! Frantzcheska was patient, informative, funny and pleasant which made our visit very fun and educational. It is hard to come by the level of customer service interactions that Frantzcheska provided, nowadays. Frantzcheska, it was truly our pleasure to meet with you. Got checked in, pre exam, and eye exam all within 20 minutes. Great customer service from Redika. Very helpful, personable, and pleasant. Spent extra time figuring out best price for me!! God bless Redika and Americas best.
