Jennifer is AMAZING! She was very helpful, quick ans convenient, and also very mindful of when I needed them. I wasn't able to make it there to the place to receive the glasses but Jennifer shipped my glasses and they came the next 3 days. I am so happy with this service and definitely look forward to dropping off more pairs of my glasses. THANK YOU!

Artistic Eyewear is THE BEST for a unique selection of interesting frames. And Jennifer in Chestnut Hill is BETTER THAN THE BEST for impeccable friendly service! My old glasses (also from Artistic Eyewear) kept breaking and she offered to replace them for free. She was unbelievably patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and generous throughout the process of choosing new frames, even recommending that I take two pairs home while deciding. Once you've discovered Artistic Eyewear you'll never go anywhere else! All other eyeglass stores pale by comparison and could learn a thing or two from Artistic Eyewear. Thank you Jennifer!

I ordered glasses on-line. That was a big mistake. Went to Artistic Eyewear and ended up with multiple pairs of glasses, including new lenses for the ones I mistakenly bought on-line. Jennifer was terrific, patient, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this store; great product selection and more importantly, fantastic service.

For the last six plus years I have bought my eyeglasses at Artistic Eyewear. What amazes me is Robert's ability to immediately to fit the perfect glasses to my face and style. Now they opened up a shop near my office Chestnut Hill. Jennifer is patient, kind and helpful whenever I have shopped. Their selections are amazing- creative, unusual and vast. I have sent them many friends and clients of mine and they are always so grateful to find this wonderful store full of fantastic glasses and shopkeepers!

We have bought frames for the whole family from the lovely folks at Artistic Eyewear. They have a great selection, endless patience for trying on different styles, and really good advice. They also will fix or tighten frames for us whenever we have needed it. I'm so glad they're in the neighborhood!

I had an amazing experience here. I went in looking for a pair of subtly fun glasses and left with 2 pair plus Rx sunglasses. I love them all! Jennifer is so easy to work with, very helpful and honest. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

Excellent selection of frames you won't find everywhere from conventional looking to a little more artistic. Jennifer took a few minutes to get my vibe and then patiently brought out what seemed like 50 frame options for me until I settled on one. My wife will be there next and we will both be back.
