A completely positive, painless, and helpful experience! These ladies took great care of all of us in the office and helped me pick out the best looking pair of specs for me! There are two options for exams which helps folks who may need to save a little money -- there's a free traditional exam and the other has a price tag of ($49) that captures images of your eyes and detects all types of potential damages/eye issues. Very cool tech! I got to see behind my eyes -- and it's such a crazy image to behold. Anyways, Thank you Dr.Brown for your insights and thank you Ms. LD for all the laughs! See you soon

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brown Eye Care with Dr. Shanthy Brown. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Brown is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she also has a warm, approachable demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. She takes the time to explain everything clearly in language that's easy to understand, which I truly appreciate. Her office is well-organized, and conveniently located. Her Receptionist was equally impressive--professional, friendly, and efficient. Great eyewear suggestions too. The entire atmosphere makes you feel less like a patient and more like a valued guest. Dr. Brown has a genuine way of making you feel as though you've known her for years. I highly recommend Brown Eye Care to anyone looking for exceptional eye care delivered with both expertise and heart.

Best eye doctor I've had in Philly. Most accurate eyeglass prescription. Dr. Brown is very thorough and professional. You get real talk and good guidance. My favorite pink glasses!

It was my first visit and Dr. Brown will now become my new eye doctor. She was responsive, kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She also took the time to get to know me as her patient. Her receptionist is also fabulous, warm and funny. You feel like you are in a family environment. In a time where people are feeling disconnected from their health providers, this is the complete opposite. A great find.

Both the receptionist and Dr. Brown, we're not only very professional, but also very friendly and welcoming. I had my insurance card with me, but not my exact eye care coverage... The receptionist found it for me quickly. Dr. Brown Examine my eyes thoroughly yet fairly quickly. I could not ask for a better experience. It was my first time there, but I will definitely be back the next time I Need new glasses or for future eye exams.

Dr Brown was extremely kind and I had a great experience in her office. It was my first time at a vision center and she explained every step of the process and was very patient in listening to my explanation of my eye issues. She was also very upfront about frame pricing and didn't try to pressure me into spending unnecessary money. The receptionist was also very kind and funny and helped me choose frames and also explained parts of the process that I didn't know. I was seen in a timely manner as well.

Dr. Brown is so thoughtful and compassionate. I went in with recently recurring chronic eye inflammation and she spent the time to thoroughly check everything and figure out the root cause, not just treat the symptoms. She really seems to care and want the best for every patient.

Kind and Friendly staff, excellent, thoughtful service, easy street parking, transparent billing, takes insurance. This was the best experience I have had at the eye doctor. This will definitely be my regular practice from now on. Highly recommend.
