Called to make an appointment but the receptionist was SO RUDE! Incredibly condescending with her "well I've never heard of that" or "I don't know what you're asking for." Um I'm asking for an eye appointment, it's not rocket science. Found a much better provider without the rude receptionist.

My Federal Medicare Prescription Drug plan denied the Cyclosporine EMU 0.05% PO that Dr Anholt prescribed because it was not on their list of covered formulary on February 29, 2024. I contacted the office of Dr Anmalt with this issue. Joann Robinson handled my issue and within 11 days on March 11, 2024 I received another letter informing me that my prescription was now approved. I can't thank Joann Robinson for her five star handling of my prescription issue. Outstanding patient care.

I've had both cataracts performed by Dr Aditya Kanesa-Thasan at Wills Eye Surgicenter in Plymouth Meeting on 9/17 & 9/24/24. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, encouraging, patient ( I'm a Physical Therapist & ask a ton of questions!)
and overall A+! My surgical experience was great and I will highly recommend this facility! The same in Dr. Kanesa's office in Paoli!
