I didn't even see this doctor but was suppose too. He was rude from the start. I was early for my appointment and knew I would have to wait. He had the nerve to tell the receptionist. "I hope she doesn't think she is going to be seen early"! My partner heard every word. Then they had to add a patient on and at that time it was 15 minutes past my appointment and she took the other woman ahead of me. I rescheduled for another doctor. Unacceptable

The Doctor himself is great. The office staff is another issue. There is a thin black lady at the front desk she is not very friendly and is loud discusses patients in front of everyone. I had to go in and speak with doctor Brennen about a preauth like he asked me to do if needed she would not even go back and get him she had her own solution it was a very bad experience. No one in the office would help. Also the area where the frames are the gentleman that works there is very off putting if you are not spending money there. If you are only able to use your insurance he definitely treats you differently.
