Cohen's FO is the best! Their eye exam and glasses service is first rate. They really take care of you and make sure your glasses are right and you are satisfied. I have had several issues with my glasses and they made sure my issues were resolved. Kudos to Betty, Shirley and Christina for giving first class friendly customer service every time I have an issue. I appreciate it!

This is a great place to come for glasses. The staff are supportive, honest and good at their jobs. I worked with Betty to finally replace an 8 year old perscription and get new frames -- taking pride in her work, she helped me navigate my insurance policy, get a great deal on frames and find exactly what I needed. The optometrist is also very nice and their little set-up is totally sufficient for getting a proper eye exam. Trust Cohen's!

I had a great experience at Cohen's. Tommy helped me pick out two beautiful frames and replaced the lenses in my old pair. He worked with me using my insurance and gave me a great price for the out-of-pocket expenses. Tommy was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding, and helped me step out of my glasses comfort-zone with a fun pair (which is challenging!). Moreover, my glasses were ready the next day. Great selection, service, and experience!

I'm really fussy about the quality of eye care I get. I recently had cataract surgery by the head of the department at PennMed and I had the results checked by Johns Hopkins best ophthalmologist for cataracts. Then I went to Cohen to order a pair of progressive lens glasses and a pair specifically made for all the computer work I do. If I worked at Cohen I would have thrown me out for being such a fussy customer. It was amazing, they were accommodating every step of the way and produced two excellent pairs of glasses. In addition to the place being terrific to work with, I particularly found Betty (mentioned positively in other reviews) outstanding. You really know she feels the most important thing is for the customer to get a great product. And I did! So I recommend the place highly, just like the other reviewers, and there is no question that when I get my second eye's cataract procedure, I will very definitely be going back.

I went to Cohen's Fashion Optical looking for a new pair of eyeglasses and they had a great selection. Tommy, the manager, was so helpful and very attentive. He was super patient with me and very friendly. Betty was also very nice. I highly recommend this place for all of your eye care needs!

I bought a great pair of frames at a very fair price and love them. When I needed a repair, Tommy and Betty at Cohen's hooked me up without cost! They are super friendly and helpful. Definitely good people at this location!

The process went very smoothly. I had an annual eye exam as a new patient. Great selections of glasses. Doctor and staff were wonderful. Tommy was very professional and helpful. I tried on a couple of frames and he helped me find the right one. I highly recommend this place.

It feels very odd to say I love a *glasses store* but I really love this place! After a very, very negative experience with a chain store in Rittenhouse (who shall remain nameless) I was so pleasantly surprised to find Cohen's Fashion Optical, formerly EyeLoveEyewear. Doc is AMAZING and thorough. She never makes me feel rushed and answers all of my questions. Kristen and her team always go above and beyond to help me pick glasses and make recommendations that are actually best for me. I know very little about lenses and contacts and how to maximize my insurance, but they are patient and helped walk me through it. Also of note, they have a great selection of frames that is constantly being updated. I was on the hunt for a really specific look of gold, wire frames and Kristen went into the back to get a brand new frame they hadn't even put out yet because she knew it was exactly what I was describing. Definitely check them out for all your eye needs!!
