I am delighted to have an opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation with Community Eye Care Center, from the warm welcoming receptionist, very knowledgeable optometrist and the salesman. The staff are extremely helpful and caring for my vision concerns. Their professionalism and attentive to my needs are exceptional! Furthermore, I was able to get a quick appointment around my work schedule!! Found my forever vision center! highly recommended!

I recently visited Community Eye Care Center, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. They helped me select a pair of glasses that looked great on me and fit comfortably. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse their extensive selection of frames. The optometrist was also fantastic and performed a thorough eye exam, explaining everything along the way. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the products and service, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Community Eye Care Center for anyone in need of eye care or glasses.

I have been coming to community eye care for 12 years, this is the BEST eye place I've been going to. The staff is extremely friendly and caring to your needs. The receptionist Myrta is the sweetest and most helpful person. I love coming here, the prices are not bad and I'm usually seen within a good time frame. I absolutely recommend this place.

I called w questions and happen to get the "manager" on the phone. I put manager in quotes because she lacked in every area of the manager JD. She was abrupt and rude as soon as I started talking not giving me a chance to explain the purpose of my call.. which was my sons eye glass frame was broken and I wanted to bring them in for a new frame. When I arrived I asked for her since we had spoken and I gave her the glasses, she looked at them and within 2 seconds said these have glue on them I can't pop the lenses out. In short refusing to try and stating my son needs to come in for a new exam and then purchase a new pair. Complete disregard that he cannot see without glasses. I left annoyed and no other office could fit him in so I called her back and asked how do u know u cannot pop out the lenses when u didn't even try, again rudely stated I would have to sign a waiver in the event she cracks the lenses if I wanted her to try. The frame had glue on them but not the lenses. I decided to go to another eye doctor whose manager was pleasant and welcoming. She immediately popped the lenses out, didn't have any concern whatsoever and I left there with a new frame within 20 minutes. Props to Morrell Eye Care Center. Shame on the "manager" what a poor attitude and customer service skills. Clearly she didn't like that I checked her over our phone call for being rude to me and decided to be petty and not provide the service that she is paid to provide. My son will never come there again.

Thought I would give an update 2nd year went in for glasses I did go for the extras again ( big mistake ) a week later the screw fell out and the lens fell out brought it in immediately I was told we don't fix them I said it's only a screw and she unhappily put a screw in but obviously the lens don't fit right as I said a year ago STAY FAR AWAY Stay away from this place I went in because my benefits are accepted here but my glasses fit so poorly they must be defective I paid extra for designer (Armani express) frames and when I went in to try get an adjustment I was quickly accused of bending when I can't even wear them they hurt my ears and dig into my cheeks so bad I'm gonnna stick to americas best where I've been going for over 20 years)you get a 1 year warranty and if you break or scratch them they give you new ones and unlimited adjustments without being accused of damaging them. Now I have glasses I paid $400 for that I can't wear update I paid extra for scratch resistant lenses which are all scratched and they won't fix them

This place is horrible! My daughter's glasses fame starts to get loose and falling apart after few months. Called to get a replacement. After confirming over the phone that the frame is in stock and should be covered under my insurance, they charged me $50 to replace this cheap frame. The reason is the origina frame is not in stock anymore, they have something else similar to it in stock and it will take 2-3 wks to get insurance approval. This place is not honest and trying different way to get your money. The frame is very cheap. I won't pay $5 for it if I have a choice. They put me in the spot that I have to pay out of pocket for it. Never offer any warranty for this $50 non-brand frame. I asked they said 1 month warranty without any paper work. I will never return to this place again. Please be cautious!!!!

They were extremely nice, respectful and I am in loooooove with my glasses. Katiria is one of the nicest people I have ever encounter. Her bubbly personality is one of a kind. She is very nice, pleasant and you can tell she has a kind heart. Loooooooved my experience and I HIGHLY recommend this place for services.
