I have glasses that I bought online and they got super bent at work. I couldn't bend them back myself, so I called Di Giovanni to see if they could help, and they told me to come on in and they'd take a look. The gentleman was really nice and bent them back for me at no charge. He let me know that they make frames in house, so next time I want new frames I can show them what I'm interested in and they may be able to make them! Honestly, if I had pliers in the house I probably could have fixed my own glasses, but having a professional risk breaking them instead of risking that myself made me feel better.

I had a great Experience at DiGiovanni's Optical. I called just for a question and the conversation with Anthony was so friendly and professional that I had to go check them out. Now I been to so many eye glasses stores/eye doctors and none of them were like DiGiovanni's Optical.(In a good way)I just needed clear lenses in my frames that i already had which would normally take one hour or the next day but instead they took less than 15 minutes at DiGiovanni's (NO STORE CAN TOP THAT TIME) Wow super fast service and I was very satisfied.I am definitely coming back.
