First of all it was a surprise that there was services on a Sunday. We scheduled our eye exam on Saturday and they were really responsive. I received a phone call right after I scheduled my daughters' appointments and my husband's. And they were so flexible that they arranged our appointments together and was able to squeeze my appointment among all three. Dr Gredzik was phenomenal. He made eye exam fun. And he explained our questions briefly but clearly. The sales manager Hope was helpful , patient and professional. She listened to our needs and was able to make the best out of our insurance. The team was the best we've ever had!!!!

From the moment I walked in for my scheduled appointment, the Thorough exam, the explanation of what my insurance covered & did not, to the picking of my new frames & my follow up visit. I could not have picked a better place to have my eyes examined!! The gentleman were very attentive, the Ophthalmologist, was Awesome and the sales rep's..., Thank You Lens Crafters!!! You made my visit very pleasant.

The staff is so nice and helpful here. I had a problem with my prescription and they tried their best to fix it. Even though I returned several times they always were pleasant and accommodating. The optician and all the assistants were terrific.
