There is a reason for a patient like me driving almost two hours to see Dr. Feldman from where I live. If I had a choice, I would give more than 5 stars to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Feldman. As a high risk patient (with extreme high degree of near sighted eyes and prior PRK surgery, the result is far beyond my expectations. My eye recovered fully within 1 day after surgery without any complications. This is a life changing moment for me and my family. After searching and searching for the best Optamologist that could give me the gift of sight, I found him. Dr. Brad Feldman at the Philadelphia Eye Institute. For over forty years I needed corrective eyewear. Contacts and glasses a way of life and I still couldn't see as well as I wanted. Only when I developed cataracts did my world change. I selected the Toric lenses (IOLs) which are premium implants for cataract surgery that correct astigmatism, significantly reducing the need for glasses. I'd highly recommend Dr. Feldman for a consultation to see if you are a candidate for the Toric lenses.

I have been a patient of Dr Feldman since he performed partial corneal transplants in both of my eyes 2016. He has since managed the transplants, the threat of glaucoma and routine eyeglass prescriptions. I moved 1 hour 40 min away years ago and still drive back twice a year to see him. I wouldn't trust my eye care to anyone else. His administrative staff and medical assistants are also excellent. They are kind, helpful, caring and competent professionals.
