Dr Ritchey explains the parts of the exam and the results during the exam, which is appreciated. He uses the latest technology (no drops for glaucoma testing), which none of my past doctors offered, and he has a great demeanor. I would recommend him for those looking for a new doctor.
I've been going to Dr Ritchie for over 10yrs. He's very nice and friendly, explained clearly to me my past exams histories vs current. His staff is kind and helpful too, they make sure that you select the best glasses and care for your eyes.
Very nice experience! Dr. Ritchey was friendly and thorough. The supporting staff was also very accommodating. I'm glad I found them!
Would highly recommend Dr. Ritchey for a contact lens fitting! When I told him I had trouble seeing distance at baseball games while wearing contact lenses, he suggested a new lens with a better fit that worked for my Rx and astigmatism. The difference was obvious immediately. The care was top-notch, and the staff looked into my insurance coverage ahead of time to let me know what I could apply toward the cost of materials. Great practice, will be back when it's time for a check-up.
The doctors are amazing and some staff but some of the women who are at the desks aren't the most patient and you can sense their attitudes when asking questions about insurance and pricing. Sometimes it's nice to hear the breakdown of everything so you can understand better but if you ask you might get a passive aggressive tone and feel awkward tension. That's the only thing I didn't like. Overall the older gentleman and older woman with short red hair was amazing and super sweet and helpful.
Wonderful and friendly staff. The eye doctor I saw was so welcoming and friendly and the service was super fast. Love my visit there
Staff was friendly and helpful. First experience was amazing. Will be returning for all future visits
It's very unclear how the office is operated based on how you get served. No direction. Witnessed coworkers arguing about coming to work due to a snowstorm and another staff member had to remind them how unprofessional they were being
