Dr. Linares is an awesome doctor. It's a shame his staff doesn't care if you go blind and they want empathy from you as the patient because they are under staffed.
Dr. Linares ordered a new drug for me to help me with bleeding in my left eye and it was for 4/19/2024 and they cancelled it on a voicemail after hours so I couldn't speak to anyone.
Then they wouldn't return 4 phone calls to reschedule and are uncooperative or empathetic to the urgency of this situation.
