Dr. Scott Ward

Dr. Ward did a fantastic job with my eye care. I was having head aches while watching tv. I also have significant personal/family history with hypertension and part of his exam re assured me that my retinas are still healthy and without damage. He did a comprehensive exam and explained the major finding in great detail. My acute problem was resolved with may glasses only to return after my dog felt she had better use for my glasses. Dr. Ward's team including the practice's optician Jenn was able to help me find a couple replacement pairs. I live about an hour and a half from the office and couldn't take off work to be there in person to pick out my replacement glasses plus back ups, however, Jenn was able to pick out a couple pairs of glasses that were reasonably priced and they look great. She hit a home run for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Ward and the entire staff at Page & Ward Optometrist. A pleased patient.

Dr. Ward was super professional, and really seemed to care about my son's well-being and eyesight. I have never felt more comfortable with a eyecare professional than this doc. Not only was he intelligent and talented, but good-looking. Can't stop raving about the office in general. Been recommending the office to everyone since my visit.

This is my experience with this office. My first visit with Dr. Vanhorn was amazing but since my first visit about one month ago I have been having multiple issues. I have called multiple times, and Dr. Vanhorn is never in the office or available. The office is small so there is very little patient privacy expect when in the eye exam room. The hallway to the exam rooms is tight so there is very little space when passing other patients. The front desk is chaotic. I had to consistently call to check if my contacts and eyeglasses had arrived. It has been VERY frustrating dealing with this vision care provider. As someone who has been newly diagnosed with vision acuity issues a month ago and managing this new reality has been difficult and to not have the medical support, I was promised by Dr. Vanhorn is EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTING! 3-Stars for lack of response, follow up and medical support.
