I would like to be able to review Dr. Malik and you might figure I could because I had two appointments with her, but she is nothing more than a passing physician in the hall while the resident does everything, and he was exceptionally kind and thorough. The same thing happened each time. The resident does the work and then says that Dr. Malik will be in within a few minutes, but then the resident comes back with paperwork explaining she won't be in, but has signed off on his diagnosis and treatment. The gentleman sitting next to me got up and left once it was an hour past his appointment time. I also did not see the resident until an hour after my scheduled appointment after spending 5 minutes with the tech. As I was checking in, there was an older gentleman explaining to the front desk that he DID NOT make an appointment with the resident but with Dr. Malik. At this point she made a personal appearance at the front desk and decided to see him personally or he was about to walk out. This whole process is a problem which is a shame because the front desk, tech and resident were all wonderful.

The doctors were very professional, but the billing is questionable. When I made the appointment I was told to bring a referral from Keystone along with my Davis insurance card for a routine eye examination. Davis Vision allows one routine eye examination every two years at no cost. I was billed $25.00 for a co pay because it was put through Keystone instead of Davis. All I received was a routine eye examination.I have never experienced this before from other providers. I was ripped off

Dr Kelly A Williamson is a wonderful doctor. She takes out time for her patients & listens. She is very thorough. She works along with patients & helps with supplies if she's able.

Very pleasant staff, thorough evaluation, nice and clean environment, knowledgeable technicians, residents and faculty. Haven't received the bill yet, will update my review once I get it.

Very pleased with the exceptionally thorough exam I received by Dr. Schechter and Eddie Collazo. Their diagnosis and prescription were spot-on.

Waited 2 and half hours! Had an appointment in 2:30 and I got in at 5! I call this a not organized environment.

Be aware! They cheating, they doing some unnecessary tests and finally you'll need to pay for!
