Drs. Platt & Platt Optometry

I hadn't been in for a check up in years, but an eye lid infection problem made me call Dr. Platt. They got me in fast and easy. The office manager is a very nice person who made sure I could get seen that day. Dr. Platt is a great professional and they got me a check up and my eye lid issue treated that same morning! It had been so long since I had a good experience with the US health care system, it compelled me to write a review. I am so glad I have Dr. Platt for eye care!

Dr. Platt is absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first experience with an OD who wasn't my father (he recently retired). My exam was very comfortable, quick, yet thorough. I'd absolutely recommend this practice if you're looking for a new optometrist.

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Platt. He thoroughly explains and it's obvious he has incredible experience. The entire visit was quick and efficient. Only come here if you want someone to take their time with you and ensure that you understand what is needed.

Get your eye exam here!!! My husband and I had the best experience ever! My vision is still blurry from the pupil dilation which makes typing extremely challenging, but I just can't wait any longer to share my wonderful experience. The doctor was so humorous, professional, knowledgeable, articulate, friendly and patient! I must have asked almost a hundred questions. And the doctor answered them all. The front desk lady was super sweet too. If you want to get a thorough eye exam, you should definitely come here! The doctor checks everything and explains it all to you. It's hard to find doctors who go over and beyond nowadays. My husband and I weren't just satisfied, we were impressed! We walked out of the place knowing exactly what's going on with our eyes and what we should do for our eye health.

Dr. Platt is awesome. Anybody looking to get a hard contact lense should come to his office. (I needed a hard contact lense due to my Keratoconus) The rest of his staff have been great. Shannon works the front desk and is super nice. If you need an eye exam done you should definitely come see Dr Platt.

Dr. Platt's office was incredibly helpful and managed to fit me in for an appointment for an issue I was very concerned about. They explained in detail what was causing the issues I was experiencing and gave me a full eye exam to rule out any serious cause. I highly recommend them to anyone in the city or suburbs - knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.
