I purchased several pairs of glasses from Duffy Brothers and I'm very pleased. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is excellent. They're very pleasant, patient and really take their time with you to ensure your glasses are correct in every aspect and that you leave there happy; Dennis is superb! If there are any issues, they will go out of their way to make it right. Whenever I need new glasses in the future, this will be my new go-to place. Highly recommended!

Best place for glasses ever! These guys take such good care of your glasses and can do repairs right on site. My wife stepped on my glasses and I just stopped in with the pieces and they saved them. I had issues with my lenses and they got me a new set. Very happy to have these awesome guys in my neighborhood! Will never get glasses anywhere else again!

Dennis is truly remarkable! He assisted my ailing mother, who could not leave her home due to her condition, by fixing her broken glasses. The joy on my mother's face upon receiving her glasses was priceless. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dennis and the entire team at Duffy's for their invaluable help.

After doing business with Duffy Brothers over many years, I brought in a pair of Oakley sunglasses to have the lenses replaced with prescription lenses. They said they could do it but needed to send them out to be done, no problem. The process took about three weeks. Two days after I received the glasses back, the frame broke in my hands putting them on. To my surprised disappointment, Duffy offered no remedy whatsoever other than telling me to come back in, pick out and pay full price for a new pair of frames and prescription lenses. I was shocked. No attempt to replace the frames, no offer of an alternative frames, and no discount offered on any type of replacement. I'm very disappointed with their new customer service after so many years, and needless to say will not be going back. The store has changed and with so many other optical store options, others should be very cautious also.

When I moved to Bucks Co. I thought I could just find another eyeglass store closer to where I live. I could not. No matter where I move, I always find myself going back to Duffy Bros. Their customer service is just wonderful. Their selection & prices are great & they work with whatever insurance you have. I get progressive lenses too and they do a terrific job.

After Steve passed away, this establishment completely went downhill. Very disappointed The gentleman working at the front wouldn't even come over to help me. He just sat there. It just doesn't seem like the people that work there want to work anymore. And it's really a shame because Steve had built a great business.
