I had such a wonderful experience at I Encounters! From start to finish, the service was truly exceptional. JB was incredibly professional, flexible, and accommodating. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out smoothly for us, and that level of care does not go unnoticed. Naomi was absolutely amazing with my son while helping him with his contacts. She was so patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure he felt comfortable and confident. That meant so much to me as a parent. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism with genuine care, but that's exactly what we experienced here. I'm so grateful and would highly recommend I Encounters to anyone looking for excellent service and a staff that truly cares!

My experience at eye encounters on Wheatsheaf was top tier. From the moment I reached the front desk all 3 staff were accommodating, friendly, professional & helpful. Erica, Naila & Jeiby went above & beyond to expedite my glasses order/arrival & delivered a comfortable, efficient visit. These staff are assets to this company & I would refer anyone to this location thanks to them.

It took me a while since visiting this store to write this. I want to be very clear: this review is ONLY about the so-called manager, Y B Supreme. Everyone else I encountered was great -- especially Naomi, who was an absolute delight. She was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. She deserves recognition because she did her job well and treated me with respect. Unfortunately, the manager completely ruined the experience. Y B Supreme has one of the nastiest, most condescending attitudes I've ever dealt with in customer service. He carries himself with an air of entitlement, as if he knows he won't be reprimanded no matter how poorly he treats people. He talks down to both employees and customers and makes you feel like you are beneath him. Simple questions are met with deflection, sarcasm, or irrelevant answers. He does not properly explain what you're paying for or break down your purchase -- he just hands you information whether it makes sense or not, even when you ask for clarification. The communication is dismissive and unprofessional. I genuinely question who thought it was a good idea to put this person in charge or make him the face of the business. If he continues to represent this place, you will lose customers. The owner should seriously reevaluate who they hire and promote into leadership roles. As for the service itself: this place is a rip-off. There are no returns, even when the product is not done correctly. I am now stuck with $600 glasses that do not work, and I regret ever coming here. If you are looking for an eye exam or glasses, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The risk is not worth it.

I've been coming to Eye Encounters for many years and they never disappointed, great customer service and amazing energy always a pleasure when coming in and making changes to my glasses or even getting an exam. Most I've sat in their lobby was an hour but it's was a fun hour, their energy and vibes are amazing. The girl at the front Naiomi is so pleasant and sweet. The manager Yeiby Supreme is definitely Supreme he's so nice and patient and so pleasant he's so much fun and makes everyone feel like family. Thank you so for your Eye Encounters you're team is amazing and your glasses are always the top brands.

The manager was great help and he was very knowledgeable he helped me and my mom find glasses and he was very patient

Very welcoming, very professional ,very optimistic knowledgeable, and great atmosphere., loved my visit without appointment, didn't have to wait long. Ask for Jeivy ... he's the best !

Yeiby Supreme was extremely helpful and helped me find the most beautiful frames. He was even able to give me a discount!! The best eye frame store!!
