I've been going to this location for about 10 years, and up until last year they always did a good job. Last year, they told me that my prescription had not changed, despite me not being able to see well. I came back a few weeks ago and my vision has significantly declined, I cannot see well. I can't read street signs, and I couldn't even read the vision test. Despite all of that, the doctor told me I can see fine, even though I explained that I couldn't. She left the door open during my exam and kept all the lights on, which I'm not sure may have affected the results. She was also nasty and rude, and then proceeded to bring up my medical history that has nothing to do with my vision. The woman at the front desk with the glasses, who has worked there for years, is always super kind, welcoming, and helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Eye Counters on Morrell Ave, and a big part of that was thanks to Anna at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, Anna greeted me warmly with a genuine smile, making me feel welcome right away. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient in handling my paperwork and appointment scheduling. Anna went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered, and her patience and attention to detail were truly appreciated. She maintained a calm and positive demeanor, even during busy moments, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It's clear that the staff and providers here care about the patients and take pride in their work. I appreciate this Eye Counters, and I would highly recommend this location

Amazing customer service here! Anna was the one who took care of me when I came in. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating! My exam was easy and quick an my prescription was perfect!

This year was my first time going into eye encounter. Ana Colon helped me so much the price were very much affordable a lot of choices to choose from and it was all smooth and fast process . I can not tell you just how wonderful the team at eye encounters is. They were patient, knew everything about my insurance, and made the entire process so easy. The store manager even stayed late so that I could pick up my glasses after work. They will have a customer for life because they give such fantastic customer service.

Great place but i just went to pick up sons glasses after work and says open til 6 everyday of the week but yet they were closed already almost 30 minutes earlier than it says in google! No big deal but not cool if there closing early

Went for my first eye check up and had a great experience. Two female associates and eye doctor were welcoming and were knowledgeable with their business. They made my experience a great one and not only that but they answered all questions. Very impressive and highly recommend them. AAA+++ service.
