I had a great experience at eye encounters. Gale was incredibly helpful in assisting me with picking out new glasses, taking the time to make sure I found the perfect pair. She also went above and beyond by fixing my old glasses in just a few minutes, which was a huge relief. The entire staff was very nice, making the visit pleasant from start to finish. Great working with them! They Ben checked the manufacturer to see if they had my preferred frames in the warehouse as they do not carry them anymore.
