I highly recommend Dr. Chauncey as an eye doctor. He is an exceptional physician who is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also very personable. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and cared for during your visit. His professionalism and genuine concern for his patients truly set him apart. I am grateful to have him as my eye doctor and would encourage anyone looking for excellent eye care to see Dr. Chauncey.

Absolutely the best eye doctor I've ever had! Dr. Chauncey Brown is professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand and makes you feel truly cared for. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Brown didn't rush through the appointment and made sure all of my questions were answered. My vision care has never been in better hands. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye doctor!

This ofc is very busy. I come here because they accept Medicaid. The eye Dr is knowledgeable and the staff is helpful. They have a vast selection & its very easy to get to. There have been times where my appt was cancelled & rescheduled...so I advise calling ahead to avoid any inconvenience

Edit 1/30/25: This now is a 1 STAR REVIEW. CLEARLY the office does not want to improve their staff and performance from my review below that was from a few months ago. My dad just had another visit 2 weeks ago and AGAIN, we had to deal with the poor front staff. I will now resort to contacting his insurance company to file a complaint to investigate this practice. My dad had a follow up for the beginning of January. The office called us same day to reschedule because the tech called out sick from work and we cannot keep our appointment since my dad needs the tech to perform some tests. Those girls called US to RESCHEDULE. Remember that. We rescheduled to later that week instead. Explain to me why when we checked in to the appointment, they questioned why he no showed and that he has to pay a no-show fee?? These girls are complete and utter idiots who cannot even properly do their job! Had the nerve to tell us they didn't notate the rescheduling so there is no proof. So, you are telling me you just call and cancel patients and do not reschedule. I know you are now dumb for sure. So, explain why you called us to cancel, and he magically has an appointment 3 days later?! Common sense! YOU CANCELLED HIS APPT AND MOVED HIM A FEW DAYS LATER! This is not a PCP office; patients do not just see these doctors all the time. She made us show proof that we even spoke. The damn audacity. There are call logs to show we spoke to someone for 3 minutes to reschedule because of them cancelling. Since this office does not want to rectify this behavior, I will have the insurance companies investigate because someone will be paying for the complete incompetence we have been consistently dealing with. They literally are dealing with the wrong one, I am high in the healthcare industry and will make sure this is handled accordingly. ---------- This place was better when the original doctor that opened this clinic was there. The new doctor has been fine so this is no way a shot towards him. It's to his new front desk staff that don't know what they're doing. Those girls "make appointments" and when the patient shows up, tells them that they don't have an appointment. If it wasn't for the doctor being so nice and accommodating, patients wouldn't be seen for their mess ups at all. My family has been here since the beginning when the first doctor opened up shop so we can clearly tell when service is lacking and everything is going down hill. Do better and hire better staff. At least people who want to work. Front desk staff are always the face of a clinical setting, if this is what is shown, it's absolutely disgusting.

Dr. Brown is thorough in his examination and diagnosis. He communicates clearly and patiently, and his office ambiance is calming. The cherry on top is his million-dollar smile, which makes the whole experience more than worthwhile.

The selection of eye glasses is top notch, I have 3 pair from them and had three pair of my high end glasses fitted with my script. And they got the most out of my vision insurance. And the staff are super friendly
