I have visited this Foureyes twice, and both experiences stood out for professionalism and care. On my first visit, the optometrist caught a partially detached retina and scheduled an appointment with an eye doctor right away. On my most recent visit, Dr. Ho(?) took her time with the exam and made sure my prescription was correct, no rushing. When I came back to pick up my glasses a week later, the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and Dimitrus, the store manager, walked me through the fit and shared helpful advice. Start to finish, a strong experience.

I had my first exam with For Eyes earlier this month and it was the BEST experience I have ever had when getting glasses. The moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and a huge smile from Kat. She asked about myself and how I would like my experience to go by presenting several options (I could try on every pair or they could help pick glasses for me). I was grateful for her openness and elected to have each (Kat, Icy, and Christian) pick out 4 glasses (mix of eyeglasses and sunglasses). After my exam, I tried on each pair of glasses/sunglasses and narrowed it down to three choices. The entire time, Kat, Icy, and Christian, were so supportive and providing feedback. There were a mix of all costs, colors, and shapes of glasses - No one pushed one brand over another, one cost over the other - it was pure honesty. I will recommend For Eyes to anyone that asks and specifically direct them to Kat, Icy, and Christian - for the best experience. They took out all the anxiety of finding glasses and made it fun and exciting! Thank you all for making me look FABULOUS!

The staff at this location are amazing. They were very welcoming. Demetrius, the store manager runs a tight ship in the best way possible. He checks in with evey client, he knows about all of the products and he guides the new employees. Adrian was very funny, he help me navigate dual insurance options, and Dr. Michelle Ho was very war and engaging with mt 10 year old. The prices arent the best in the age of the internet but you'll get the same rates at every retail chain. Come for the customer service.

I always had a hard time finding glasses that fit my style, deciding on new glasses was always a weird process for me. This was my first time at at this store. I went in assuming I would pick something that was just functional. Instead I left with something that I really loved. Icy helped me pick out a few frames that looked great and were within my budget. I also met Christian and Kat who helped me narrow down my options. Demetreus was able to answer all my questions and I didnt have to pay an arm and a leg for once. Its honestly a great store, I love Chestnut!
