They are the kindest people ever! Had 3 appointments and we were all taken care of in a timely manner, and got the exact glasses we were looking for. They took their time with our exams, prices were fair, and we received our glasses within 2 weeks, considering the holiday. I highly recommend them. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Worst service ever. I asked to put the lenses from my broken glasses into a new frame. He cut the lenses in such a way that you could fit a finger between the lens and the frame. This cost me $ 55! Wish the same service for whole his family at rest of life.

I have been a loyal customer of Glasses & Contacts Galore for over 20 years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Within just one year, my prescription changed, so I needed new lenses in several pairs of glasses I had purchased there. Even though it's a 50-minute drive from where I live, I stayed loyal and returned for an eye exam and lens replacements. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward process turned into multiple unnecessary trips back and forth. The first set of lenses was completely off. I had to return for another exam, then return again to have lenses remade. When I finally got my glasses back, one of my frames (purchased from them just a year earlier) broke within 24 hours. The sunglasses lenses they made also didn't fit properly and would pop out with ease. To make matters worse, when I pointed this out, I was told I had to pay for a new frame--even though it was their lenses that damaged the one I bought from them just a year ago. Only after I became upset was I offered a "discount," which honestly felt insulting after being a loyal customer for decades. After 20+ years of giving this business my trust, I walked away feeling like they didn't value my loyalty at all. Instead of standing behind their work and doing the right thing, they pushed the cost onto me. Sadly, I can no longer recommend Glasses & Contacts Galore.

I can't say enough good things about this place! They have an amazing selection of glasses, and their prices are unbeatable--even better than many others I've compared. The customer service is top-notch; they truly go above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. I got my daughters all set up with contacts, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Plus, it only took a week for us to pick up both our glasses and contacts, which was super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality eye care and unbeatable service!

I wanted my sunglasses fixed after it was bent sideways and it would not stay on my face, it kept falling off and it looked crooked. So I walked in expecting to drop it off and pay money for the repair but the owner was so nice he just fixed it up in a minute and brought it back to me without a charge. Great experience and seems like a professional work

This establishment was referred by my insurance company. The eye doctor and optometrist saw me on short notice. They accommodated me after another establishment canceled my appointment the day of the arranged appointment. Nice treatment by both people that I interacted with. Scott helped me to pick out a nice pair of glasses for my face. Glasses seem fine to see fine print. Nothing bad about it! Recommendable place!

I have been using Glasses Galore for possibly 40 yrs. They have always been the best: good, efficient, knowledgeable,, helpful and low cost. I can't tell you how many times I've needed to go back bc I sat on my glasses, drove over my glasses...whatever and they always fix them, solve my problem promptly and efficiently. For my needs, they have an abundant selection, varying prices but all reasonable and the same local person I've been using forever. Not a big box chain that hires different people every month.
