Great Dr. Took me in last minute. Listened to my concerns. Def recommended

Very unprofessional. I went there as a first time client I had all the information that they needed my insurance card as I'm filling out paperwork they come to me and state that my co-pay is 150 which I was aware of. I said OK I know they stated that their credit card machine has been down and is only accepting cash if I have $150 in cash to pay I said no I do not and because I was the first time patient they will not see me and had to reschedule me after I already sat there and waited, filling out paperwork and left work early. I work in an office space, and if our credit card machines were down any appointments that we had scheduled for the day, I would've called ahead of time letting them know that to bring cash with them how they went about the situation was very unprofessional and I decided not to go there as a first time client or patient due to their unprofessionalism

My daughter had an appointment at 9:40 AM and at 1:30 PM she still wasn't done. When she asked why it was taking so long they said they were short handed. May be they should have called and rescheduled her appointment. My daughter is a nurse who works night shift. She had not eaten and needed to sleep before she went to work. She made the morning appointment because of her work schedule. Now she is going to find a new eye doctor. Now I get to see how long I will be here. My appointment is at 1:50 PM.

Doctor Heist performed surgery on my eye years ago. I was very nervous and he was incredibly patient with me. From that day forward, I have never gone to any other eye surgeon or doctor to get my eyes checked. Additionally, he was very helpful with working with my insurance company to receive the right prescription to treat me.

My whole family has visited Dr. Heist for years. I would visit no one else.
