I recommend hendrix vision if u need glasses they do a excellent job my glasses were made perfect .plus the designer frames r discounted compared to other places

One of the worst places I've dealt with each time I call they can't pick up the phone and never call back...very very rud people. They messed up my glasses and I had wait and been calling to get an update but these people are just terrible.

I have been the customer for the past several years. The most recent glasses this shop did for me were outrageously defective, both optically and aesthetically. They refused to fix the glasses, and referred me to my insurance company, that allegedly would provide the warranty repair. Subsequently, my insurance company reported that my insurance benefits were never used for this item (and also for the glasses they did for me one year prior to this event). Therefore referring me to my insurance was an impudent attempt to make me just go away. As an outcome, I spent about $600 for the defective glasses that I could not use. The most frustrating aspect was that I wasted lots of time dealing with this wonderful people. Conclusion: 1. even if you are the long term customer, this shop can deceive you at any point of time. 2. apparently they do not know how to use certain vision insurance benefits. 3. they are very good at chutzpah. 4. they ask to pay in full in advance. I have gone years different vision centers but didn't like I decided to come to hendrix vision based on the recommendation of a friend.. Zack assisted me as soon as I walked in and staff is very welcoming. You're more than a patient here. They do have so many high end brands frames at a great price. Highly recommended this place. I love my FENDI glasses.

I was tested and prescribed wrongly in this optical, when I couldn't find the frame that I was looking for, I went to different optical where they did make glasses based on the the diagnosis I did get in this optical but I wasn't able to see well and it was blurry. So I identified that my vision hasn't been changed but I was prescribed with the wrong new prescription here. When I came back to this Optical and I was told that they can't help me. I won't go to this Optical again. I lost $250 because of the mistake of the doctor who diagnosed wrongly and gave me new prescription even my actual vision hasn't been changed. Owner of this Optical doesn't care of its patients and keep unprofessional doctor and technician, and front desk workers. Owner of the store! I think, you still didn't understand that my vision hasn't been changed and I didn't need glasses at all. Because, of your unprofessional workers I got wrong prescription and unnecessary glasses and lost $250 as I could ware my old glasses and it's shame that you still don't understand it lol.

I've had a frustrating experience with this vision center. First, they gave me the wrong prescription. Then the frame they gave me broke within the first month. A year later, I called to schedule a check-up, and the woman on the phone was still unhelpful and rude. It's disappointing to see the same lack of professionalism over time. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Probably the best eye ware shop you will find in northeast Philly. They have excellent collection of frames, skilled and honest customer service (which is hard to find nowadays) and affordable prices.

Hendrix Vision exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service. The team provided a very professional and personable experience while helping me choose from their amazing selection of frames for my four pairs of prescription glasses. Their attention to detail and diverse range made the entire process enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch eyewear and outstanding service! They accept all major insurances , which is a big plus as well!!! Definitely will be back next year !!!
