By far the best eye appointment I have ever had. Dr. Benenson was patient, addressed all of my questions, and took her time when it came to inspecting my irritated and swollen eye. Additionally, Svetlana (the front desk and scheduling point of contact) was extremely welcoming and was also able to fit me in the day of. Overall the visit was comfortable, safe, and extremely professional.

Dr. Benenson is probably the best ophthalmologist I've visited in my life. He's very caring and patient with his patients. He also has great style when picking out glasses and makes sure that you get the right pair. I've visited a number of ophthalmologists in my years in Philadelphia and most I've had wrong prescriptions or switched prescriptions. This is really the first place that helped me get the right prescription and finding the right contacts as well. Highly recommend him!!!

I don't know what's the point of making appointments, making an appointment and waiting for HOURS ! Work organization is poor, the staff is not the most pleasant either, come over there only because of the doctor, he's great but the rest needs a big improvement !
