Had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Gauntlett. For the purchasing experience, Tasha is the best! I wasn't sure about the steep Lindberg investment until they came in. These are by far the lightest, most comfortable piece of eyewear I have ever had. I have moderate-high myopia so the lenses are typically thick and top-heavy, but they did an excellent job when making them. They did take a while to come in, but the wait was 100% worth it. Also they were very flexible with adjustments my glasses needed afterwards. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best of the best eyewear in Philly.

As a visiting out-of-towner, I thought I had destroyed my Lindbergs when I tripped on a manhole cover in a Philadelphia crosswalk (walkers beware!!) and flattened my nose pad and right ear stem (and blackened my eye). But, behold!! InnerVision was around the corner with expert service and fixed my glasses the next day in five minutes!! No charge! I LOVE my Lindbergs: light as a feather, almost invisible, and nearly indestructible (I'm proof)---if I lived in Philly, InnerVision would be my go to store.

Had an absolute pleasure working with Stuart and Cliff!! They were very patient and supportive! I originally contacted for my lens upgrade on old Lindbergs. They helped me pick two new frames and even added blue light coating on my original frames. I highly recommend them, they'll take care of your old frames and help you add to your collection!!

After more than a decade as an Innervision customer, my recent experience was incredibly frustrating. I dropped off my $500 Chanel frames for new lenses. A month passed without a call, so I went in, only to wait a long time before being told my frames broke during the lens change. To make matters worse, they refused reimbursement and expected me to pay for a 'similar' replacement. The way this was handled was truly awful. I strongly advise against using their services for glasses, particularly for lens replacements.
