Dr. Tiffany was great. This was my first eye exam in several decades and she answered all my questions and explained how my different prescriptions work. I needed one prescription for distance/everyday glasses and another for reading glasses. My vision is quite different between my two eyes, it turns out. The exam was very thorough and I feel like I understand what's going on with my vision now. I also found the customer service to be great, all of the staff were friendly, and the showroom was nice, and it's in a cool old building. My glasses should be ready in a few days and I'm actually super-excited to start wearing them.

This was my first time getting glasses, progressives in my late 40s so it was a bit daunting. The people at Tru Optical were amazing. The customer service was top notch. After going through 30 pairs if frames I finally found ones I liked. Having gone back yesterday for an adjustment the service level was the same. They will make the adjustments at no charge.
