I met Dr. Herring at a conference last week. We collaborated on the latest innovations in contact lenses, and I was so impressed with Dr. Herring's dedication to providing the best care for his patients. He's at the top of his game in contact lenses and in eye care. You will be in excellent hands with Dr. Herring!

Dr. Kennard is very patient and takes the time to educate patients on all of their needs regarding eyecare. I have never had an eye Doctor be as patient and informing as Dr. Kennard. He is truly a blessing and a breath of fresh air to our community. Thank you!

Dr. Herring is always pleasant and h punctual. He is very thorough with the examination and answers any question or concern I may have. Dr. Herring and his office staff is always on top of things. They are very attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The office is always spotless and all of the staff are very helpful. I had a large purchase of over $1,500 for three pairs of glasses and decided to shop locally and come to Nostalgic. I came over the weekend to discuss my order and they are not open on weekends. Really? Then I stopped by again mid morning on my way to work on a Tuesday and learned they do not open until 11 AM. Huh? Does this shop ever consider its customers? I finally came when it was open earlier this week. When I entered I was told somewhat abruptly that I needed a mask to enter. I didn't have one and asked if they provided one. I was told rather rudely that no masks are available. Really? They can buy a box from CVS for $10? It is clear that Kennard Herring or Nostalgic does not have very good customer service and could use an attitude adjustment. I took my business to 4 Eyes in Plymouth meeting and was treated like they wanted my business. So much for shopping local.

Very friendly and hospitable staff that has a large assortment of glasses and a doctor on site to help you with all your optometry needs
