So I just always receive excellent customer service and care here along with my children. Lori gets us scheduled with pleasure. Andrea goes above and beyond to try and accommodate us. We are so grateful. If you're looking for an eye glass spot, this is it!

Not autism friendly at all!!! My son has been in & out of doctor offices for the past 5yrs due to battling cancer in fact treatment is what affected his eye sight he's also non verbal autistic. We were referred here heard nothing but great things! However as soon as we entered the building my son was stimming & the women at the front desk as I'm saying his name said he needs to be quiet or the doctor is going to kick us out..I tried as much as I could but he is traumatized literally diagnosed with acute PTSD from being in the hospital so much!! She asked us to move so we did then she said it again!! There was trouble with his insurance suddenly when I sent over his insurance info when the appointment was scheduled & whoever was on the phone said everything was fine. Im not one to complain but there are other ways to handle things!

My first time visit this place and I can honestly say the BEST experience I ever had the staff were VERY polite and accommodating the doctors were extremely nice as well and Kara was so nice understanding and helpful with the entire process of getting my frames and setting up my order process she explained everything so well and makes sure you understand and are not confused this place is amazing and I will let friends and family know about this place if they ever need contacts or glasses my only regret is I can't give them more than 5 stars because they definitely surpassed 5 stars

I have been coming to this office for many years and I always feel I get a great thorough eye exam. The staff is very nice and efficient.

Very unorganized office. My mother and I had an appointment on 11/30/22. My mom had to call herself last week to see if her glasses arrived because she hadn't heard anything. Her glasses were there and had been there for some time but nobody notified her. Here I am almost a month later still waiting on my glasses. I've been calling the office every day for a week and the receptionist just keeps telling me she doesn't deal with the glasses and keeps blaming someone else who hasn't been in the office for over a week. Everyday I am told the lady is coming into the office in the afternoon and that she will have her call me back with answers. Here I am still waiting with no answers or not even an update.

Staff are nice and respectful. They well informed me and treated my son great. Glasses arrived in a timely manner. I'm glad i chose them to be our glasses provider.

Got my eye exam there for glasses and contacts. Ordered prescription glasses from there. When I received the glasses I couldn't see with them. Everything was blurry. I returned them. They ordered me another pair. Same exact problem. Returned them almost two months ago and haven't even gotten a call about my glasses, another exam, or anything. I can't even go to another eye doctor because I used up my insurance with them.

Got glasses for my daughter there. We have been trying to pick them up for weeks. Every time we go based on hours posted they are closed. Sitting out front currently at 1230p when hours state 1p closing time for Saturday. Glasses were ordered months ago and they have not reached out once to see why we haven't been there to pick up. Selection is also bare minimum.
