Excellent service; everyone there provides quality service, is friendly and attentive, and is very professional, helping you with every detail. The doctor is very thorough, checking your eyes to ensure everything is working properly and addressing any concerns. It's truly worth coming here. The wait time is minimal, and they accept both appointments and walk-ins. The prices are reasonable, even without insurance. The place is very clean. Best of all, they offer consultations in Spanish. Some places have staff who speak Spanish, but they simply don't seem interested in helping people. Thank you all. Keep up the good work!
Omg these people are so sweet I knew I was going to have an amazing experience just by talking to them on the phone, Stephanie is super accommodating, I called to switch my appointment like three times but she still let me know I could come in and be seen, Brian helped understand my actual prescription and answered all my questions, this is definitely my knew spot. The doctor was so nice and understanding and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Can't wait to come pick up my new lenses
Me and my five year old daughter came for an eye exam. We were helped by Brian , Stephanie and Dr. Hu. Everyone was so nice , patient and helpful. It was my daughter's first time visiting the eye doctor. Everyone made sure she was comfortable and helped keep her calm and in happy spirits. I would recommend everyone to come especially with children.
I walked in with my daughter to inquire about an appointment, and we were greeted warmly. The staff member asked if we would like to be seen the same day, which was greatly appreciated. After completing the paperwork, my daughter was called back very quickly. The facility was exceptionally clean, beautiful, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was welcoming and professional. I'm very glad I decided to switch my daughter to this vision center and highly recommend it.
Definitely recommend this place if you ever need your eyes examined. From the moment I walk through those doors beautiful location. The staff, Brian and Stephanie so nice and polite and professional. They both made me feel so confident with the pair of glasses I chose, let me not forget about the Doctor such a beautiful person made me feel comfortable while I was getting my eyes examined. 10/10 service. Wonder service! Friendly, welcoming and informative front desk service from both Stephanie and Margret. Dr. Chau was very patient, informative and helpful. Waited to answer all my questions and concerns with joy and grace. Love them all. They feel like family. Would highly recommend to anyone and will return.
Amazing service, extremely pleasant staff. All the staff were very patient with my 7 year old son, the doctor was especially kind and made my son feel safe. The place was very clean and surprisingly relaxing while my son picked his 1st pair of glasses. Will be bringing my other 2 children this Saturday and I am confident their experience will be the same. Thank you
I had a truly positive experience visiting here. Doctor Hu was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure I received the right prescription for my glasses and contacts. Stephanie also did an excellent job helping me choose my glasses. Everyone was so patient, and the energy here is genuinely uplifting. I highly recommend coming in for your glasses and contacts -- the atmosphere is friendly, warm, and supportive.
