Here is why I gave a 1 star. Today July 21st 2025. My mother had an appointment at this location with Dr. Karen (not sure if that's the correct spelling. My mother appointment was at 8am. As soon as we entered the office I told my senior mother she can have a seat while I wait in line. Once it was my turn to check my mother in for her appointment, I started with a "good morning" and the first thing the receptionist said was "insurance and ID please" not good morning not even a simple "Hello". I brushed it off. I was handed forms and told to have a seat and fill them out. Not once did the receptionist make eye contact. Fine. We are all human, we all have bad days. I totally get it. Once my mother and I completed the forms I walked back up to the front desk to hand them back. This time I walked to a different young lady hoping my interaction will be different. To my surprise, nope lol not at all. I said good morning and The receptionist (Bobbie) grabbed the clip board again with no good morning. No eye contact. This is how I know for sure there was no eye contact. On the form one of the questions ask for an emergency contact. I put my name and number down for my mother's emergency contact. The first thing Bobbie said to me was " what is Cindy relationship to you? I had to tell Bobbie I was not the patient and if she would have actually looked at me she would be able to tell by the date of birth all over the forms. My mother is in her mid 70's I'm in my early 30's. Bobbie finally looked up at me and said "oh"! And chuckled. Than she proceeded to tell me to have a seat. Okaayyy. Now it's 8:35 am. This is my mother's first time her appointment was at 8 am and we still haven't been called. I ask Bobbie how long and she said soon my mother had a few patients before her ... okay no problem. 8:55 rolls around and i see my mother is getting antsy. I ask again. This time Bobbie is getting a bit irritated with me. She told me that the appointment usually last for 3 hours and in the nicest way possible she told me it's a wait and that's all there is to it. Basically if your appointment is at a certain time you can wait for hours before you're seen. That's what I understood. This place is a no go for us. I asked to speak to the manager and guess what. She was in the office right near the reception desk. Ugh. So either she was really really busy and didn't hear or she heard and didn't care to be bothered. Anyway I spoke with the manager about how we felt and she basically said in the nicest way was. The should have told me how long the wait would be. But it's what it is. We left didn't see the doctor. Maybe our experience would have been different if it was a different day. I don't know. But once we got the idc how you feel attitude we left. All this to say is. I wish I would've experience what everyone else gave the five stars for. I'll leave it at that. My mom will be attending temple. Appointment already made. Allison + Bobbie = Poor service. Manager was Allison Receptionist was Bobbie

They was very professional, and the doctor was great

I was very pleased with the people working there they did a great job I would recommend anybody to go there everybody's very professional can't ask for better people

Very professional environment, despite the number of patients we all were in and out in a timely manner.

Dr Cohen and his staff are excellent.
