I've been coming here since I could remember. I wanted to support my neighborhood so never switched. But enough is enough! Customer service is terrible. Seems like the owner is the only worker but he has an assistant. I took my prescription there about two months ago and he had me waiting outside in the cold for 2 hr after the supposed opening time. Now two months later I still haven't received my glasses. No phone call or anything. I called many times and received no answer. Now today I called and he answers and gets smart with me like I'm wrong.

This place...Omg where do i start. Process is slow. Over priced glasses. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I took a pr glasses 7/7/17 to have my prescription added smh.. Its now almost two mths and they are still in the owner's office not completed. I tried to keep the business within my community BUT this was an EPIC FAILURE! And owner has the nerve to get nasty with me!!!
