My only complaint about this place is that the people up front are the dumbest people I have ever encountered. They don't know what is going on half of the time when clients show up to appointments - there is absolutely no communication amongst the Doctor and the receptionists at ALL. Calling here is also a pain, because as I mentioned prior, they have no clue what goes on in the 95% of the time. This place used to be great! Please train your receptionists to be informed and not clueless so I'm not put on hold 7 times and asked my name, each. and. every. single. time. Ridiculous.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE EYE PLACE IN PHILADELPHIA. I HAD AN EYE EXAM AND SUBMITTED GLASSES ON AUGUST 6 2025 AND AS OF TODAY SEPT. 29th 2025 I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY GLASSES...IF I COULD GIVE A HALF OF A STAR I WOULD..THE HALF OF STAR WOULD BE FOR THE EYE EXAM ALONE...SAD

I love it here! Wouldn't want to get my glasses done anywhere else! Been going here since I was a kid and the staff really makes me feel at home. They're super friendly and efficient, always trying their best to help me choose what's best for me. Shout to my girl Kristen, not only do we have the same name but she's always ready to help especially with Vietnamese customers such as myself!

I dont like the people working up front. I will be looking for a new eye place. Everything changed. its more like I have to talk to them first and tell them what I want instead of the other way around. Seems like they cater more to people who need frames or contacts.. the main money maker. If u come for other reasons the people up front will mostly ignore u and be rude. U have to do the work and approach them to ask questions. What is the point of having 4 people work the front desk they act like they dont want to be there. The wait time is long whether u have appointment or not.

I would have given 5 stars had my lifetime business qualified me for a discount (i wanted the premium lens with reader ad on, i could have afforded if discounted was offered, but was never offered) & also if I was called when lenses arrived( it wasn't until I called the store, they didn't call me for lense pick up)

I have been going here for a few years and have always had a positive experience. I have had to have an adjustment made to my lenses but it was not a hassle. They handled it professionally and friendly. I like the ladies at the front desk, they are very nice and welcoming. I will use them again for sure
