I learned about this spot from a recommendation from my partner, and it was a 10 out of 10 recommendation! I got a routine eye exam and the process was super easy. The doctor explained everything so well, and I feel confident about my vision now. Everyone who works here is super nice too!

I've been to this place many times over the past years to renew my prescription and get new glasses. My positive note is that the doctors were nice and professional but I have to say that the staffs/front desk are often unwelcoming and have an attitude towards customers. A recent encounter was on 09/17/2025 around 11am, the store had a few customers and was not busy/hectic. I came in and waited for a bit to get help and the staff (Asian lady) looked at me and annoyingly commented "YOU go to the front desk". So I waited in line for the front desk while a customer in front of me was being helped. As soon as I got a call for my turn, I said "hello, how are you? I was wondering if you guys take Access Card Insurance". The front desk staff (another Asian lady) came off very annoyed and answered "no Access card." and moved on with her task so I left with a lot of questions. The whole interaction in the store was short and disregarded by the staffs. I have encountered a short and unwelcoming interaction with my multiple visits at this store, especially with the Asian staffs. The experience has gotten worse and this discourage me to go back this store again.

I went to New World Vision for an eye exam that I haven't had in so many years. The place was very warm and welcoming and the staff was very friendly. I was greeted by Ms. Jazmin one of the associates who performed my eye exam. She was very kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Patel performed my overall evaluation. She also was very knowledgeable and got me the exact prescription that I needed. Thank you to the friendly staff and I recommend this place not just for their service but also for their diversity in languages. By the way they also have a good style and selection of sunglasses.

I have Been going to New World for over 10 years. The staff is always welcoming and you don't have to wait long when you have an appointment. Free parking is nearby.

Had a great experience. Extremely clean with Covid screening. They were able to fit me in while bringing my Son down for his appointment, sweet!

The doctor I saw there was great. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I had is I felt the glasses selection was quite limited both times I went. While the photos there appear to be a lot of options, you'd be surprised by the lack of variability in design, style, and fit. The seating area is comfortable and has a water cooler that actually produces cold water as well. Parking is very easy and is next to many other businesses. I would recommend this optometry business to anyone at the end of the day.

Always register online for the timing, it helps speed up the process! And you barely have to wait. My eye exam was done in 30 minutes! There r a lot of glasses, many branded too! The eye doctor was very nice, and the people in the front desk always make sure they are taking note of u.

I recently had an appointment at Vision World, where an unexpectedly long wait left me quite frustrated and considering Costco for my eye care needs. However, the moment Dr. Steven Moon welcomed me into the examination room, he extended a sincere apology for the delay, which immediately put me at ease. His attentive and personalized approach during the consultation was truly commendable. Dr. Moon not only reassured me with his thoughtful apologies but also impressed me with his informative guidance throughout the visit, such as care for dry eyes. Living in New York, I have access to numerous options, yet this positive experience with Dr. Moon has convinced me to remain a patient at Vision World.
