We were only given one timeslot for a post operative appointment. The next availability is another month out. Unfortunately, we cannot make it to either of them due to prior commitment to deal with other health issues. They have no flexibility in their schedule and made no accommodations. How can they let their patient wait for a few months in order to be seen by the doctor again? The eye surgery caused a lot of redness but they don't want to address it promptly.
We have been trying to get in touch with any staff via phone call as well. But they will never pick up the phone. When they do pick up, they will tell you someone will call you back. After days of waiting and waiting, my phone never rings. Poor management. Shame.

The clinic staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dr. Leonard B Nelson - he is a man with golden hands!!! During the initial examination, he carefully examined my child, prescribed an operation on the tear duct that needed to be pierced so that tears and pus would not accumulate, explained what should be done after what, reassured me that everything would go well! On the appointed day, he accompanied us from the very morning, very quickly and well performed the operation himself, the child did not have any complications after the operation (the eye did not hurt, there was no swelling, there was not the slightest bruise)! A couple of days later we were checked, everything was fine! More doctors like him!!!

Update: I saw Dr. Ravi Patel and was very pleased with my visit. His assistant, in particular, was extremely helpful and very nice. Dr. Patel took the time necessary to explain my condition and answer all my questions. I highly recommend this practice.
I was happy with my visit to the eye doctor. Dr. Siliquini took the time necessary to fully explain everything to me, and then asked if I had any questions. Plus, all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't care for was how long I had to wait.

Keystone is the best! I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Patel is a very caring, patient doctor. All staff members are kind and friendly, especially Techs Andre. Previously I had seen a different doctor (not Keystone)for the same procedure and it was always a difficult and painful experience. I am very thankful I found Dr. Patel. I am never apprehensive about appointments, and my procedure has always been painless. Also, it's rare today to be seen and treated in a timely manner. Yesterday my appointment was scheduled at 9:15 AM. I was on time. I was seen, tested and treated, and I was home by 10 AM. I always recommend Keystone, and especially Dr. Ravi Patel, to everyone who may mention eye care.

Dr. Slackhower was really very good, happy retirement. Dr Roach who I've seen twice now is quite funny glad to find someone who enjoys their work & can tell funny jokes. He's easy going & you can tell Dr. Roach has a great bedside manner with patients. Office staff are friendly courtesy & professional.
