You don't need glasses to see the great customer service here. Everyone was courteous with smiles all the time. I got to my appointment early and they were still ready for me. The entire staff made me feel welcome with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The eye exam was perfect and precise. The only reason why I gave four stars instead of five was because I would have liked a wider array of frames to choose from. Other than that it was a great experience.

This review is overdue! I had an amazing and easy experience recently getting my first pair of glasses ever. Steve was very helpful from the very beginning when I called to make an appt. In Omega Optical, he was extremely patient as I asked a bunch of questions (soo many questions!) as a first-timer. I tried on a bunch of different glasses, so no worries if you're looking for something different as I was. The receptionist was very kind, too. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

My insurance company recommended this place. I went to have my eye exam and get prescription for glasses and contacts. Optometrist was on phone with his friend during exam. Receptionist did not know how to print prescription out and tried to charge me for the exam (my insurance covers it 100%). Finally when I called them two days in a row asking to email my chart I had been told they are very busy with clients. I need this chart for my primary care and I have to go to another place to have another eye exam. 2 starts only because I finally got prescription to be fair.

Great experience. Prompt scheduling and visit was less than 45 mins, including eye exam and glasses selection. Employees were all knowledgeable about my insurance and helped me make educated choices based on my coverage options. Dr. was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough.

The staff and optometrist were an absolute pleasure to work with. This practice and locations is conveniently located in the lower level of the Comcast Center building adjacent to Subrban Station. While the office is quite cozy for its size, don't be fooled as there is a state of the art ancillary service tucked behind a sliding door. One of the most thorough and genuine eye exams I've received in quite sometime. Which a scheduled appointment I was in and out within 40 minutes. This practice is highly recommended!

Omega Optical is such a great eye care company. Everyone was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. My prescriptions were EMAILED to me(!!) by the time I made it to my car! 10/10 would recommend Omega to my friends and family.

I choose to patronize Omega Optical because it was the first place I went to for my eyeglasses and contact needs when I was a teenager. Twenty plus years later I went to Omega Optical in July for an eye exam to continue to support this business. My eye exam went fine. The eye doctor provided me with sample contacts to determine if they are a good fit before I purchased more. I came back in August to order some eyeglasses specifically to wear while in the office in meetings. I was informed that my glasses would be available on 9/8. After not receiving a courtesy call that my glasses were ready I called on Monday, 9/11. After a few minutes on hold I was told that they needed to call the lab because my glasses should have been back. I never received a call back. I called again on Wednesday, 9/13 only to be put on hold again by another woman working at the store. When she returned to the call she told me what the woman on Monday stated which was I'm going to call the lab to check on your glasses. Once again I never received a callback. So I go into the store yesterday, 9/14 to ask about their refund policy to be told that they give store credit. I DO NOT want to patronize this business so a store credit will not work. The woman apologized for the inconvenience and for the third time this week I was told we are going to check with the lab (which at this point I think is someone's basement factory because I am pissed off) and she would call me back. It's not the next day and once again not callback. This is terrible customer service and I will advise all of my family and friends of this as I do when I receive good service. At this point I need a manager to give me a cash refund.

Great experience! I came in for an eye exam and to pick out some new frames. The doctor was great and the woman who helped pick out glasses did an excellent job. I highly recommend!
