My husband, my son, and I have been coming to this place for years with the same doctor. I wouldn't change it for anything. The doctor is so professional and sweet, he's fabulous. The manager, Jessica, is super nice, she's the best of the best, and she'll be 100% helpful with whatever you need. The other staff members are very kind and calm when dealing with seniors, especially. Thank you! Pearl Vision for having such a great doctor and employees.

The doctor here is caring and extremely professional unlike the front desk staff. They are bad tempered and can be rude. They will keep you on hold until you hang up IF they answer the phone. I've been getting glasses and exams here for years but that ends now. The staff use to be much nicer and professional but that is no longer the case with this new group of ladies. Call them if you think I'm lying.

Called ahead of time since I needed to get in during my break and asked to specifically make an appointment given the time constraint. I was confirmed for 11:15 but got in 10 minutes before and signed in. When 11:12 hit, they had already called on the next person on their sign in list and I had mentioned to one of the employees that I had an appointment. She confirmed that they will get me in at my scheduled time (which was in 3 minutes). I thanked her and patiently continued to wait. By 11:23, they helped a second person and still didn't call my name. Given that my time was obviously not respected, I got up and left! This is basically a walk in appointment Pearle Vision location as they go by their sign in list more faithfully than scheduled appointments. I have had this same issue happen before and been graceful but nothing seems to improve. I wouldn't bother making an appointment here. Just show up and hope they get to you before closing

I have been a client for 7years with no issues. I love all the new staff members there. They are very polite and love to help other clients. My son also enjoys coming to see his doctor Look at our glasses lol

My mother went to this place to complete an annual eye exam and purchase a new set of glasses. She spoke to someone named Carmen in Spanish. Carmen told my mother she didn't speak Spanish and made my mother struggle as best she could in English in order to be serviced. A few minutes later, a gentleman walked in and Carmen happily and enthusiastically attended to him in SPANISH!! My mother speaks English as a second language, but obviously feels more comfortable speaking Spanish. If Carmen didn't want to help my mother, she could have just said that. Refusing to help my mother in her preferred language when she clearly speaks the language was disgusting. I'll be sure to NEVER have my mother visit this place again!!!! I've been a patient here for 15 years, but after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. Yesterday, I brought my son in for an eye exam. I couldn't find his insurance card, but his insurance company gave me his ID number. When we arrived around 3 p.m., the office was empty other than one other person. The front desk staff told me they now require the physical card and my ID. For context, I had my 8-year-old and 1-year-old with me, so I mentioned that my ID was in the car and it would take me a moment to grab it. Her response: "Yeah, well you're his parent and this is a doctor's office..." said in a very condescending tone. I asked why I couldn't just use his ID number, since I've done it before, and she snapped back that he's never been there (which is true), but I explained that I have been a patient there for years and have done so. She told me it was new policy, which I understood and didn't take it any further, but the way she spoke to me was incredibly unprofessional. As I was leaving, I politely said, "Okay, I'll come back when the card is mailed out" Her response was, "Yeah, that or you can go somewhere else." I was shocked. After 15 years, I never expected to be spoken to that way. I later called the office from home (because her tone didn't sit right with me especially being nothing but polite and didn't want to cause a scene in front of my two children). When I asked for her name, she became defensive and told me I could "come in and get that information." Eventually, I spoke with the manager, who was nothing but polite and understanding, but the damage was done. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'll be taking her advice and going somewhere else for both myself and my son. The other reviews about unprofessional new staff are absolutely accurate. After 15 years of loyalty, it's incredibly disappointing to say I'll never return again.

This office has a great staff and runs well. The girls are very informative and knowledgeable of their job. The only negative that boggles me about this office is that if you're trying to save and make your purchase economical you won't be able too. If you bring in your own frames... you have to add 20$ extra to your bill for them to work on your glasses, then they make you sign a waiver stating if while working on your glasses they damage your frame they are not liable.?.? This doesn't make sense to me but, should be included somewhere on your website so the client can be aware.

I went to pearl vision for a new pair of glasses on June 18 2025. I wanted scratch resistant, anti reflective, UV protection and progressive lenses. The employee told me thy were definitely progressive, I'm not so sure about the rest. My old pair of glasses had a slight tint for the uv protection. So I am not sure they are UV protection. They are definitely NOT scratch resistant. It is now August 18 and last weet I notice 3 small scratches on left lense. I've been using the cloth they gave me, which is very nice by the way but apparently not enough to stop my glasses from being scratched. Because of my vision I need to have my glasses on all the time when I'm awake. The only time I remove my glasses is when I go to sleep so they are not in danger of being scratched. So I'm not happy that my glasses have scratches on the lenses now. I paid $321.36 plus $12. Because they had a problem adding up the bill. I waited a long time as they checked my insurance. I don't think they used the insurance but never explained what happened. Did they apply the insurance or not? The first pair they gave me were very thick so they took them back to make the lenses thinner (and therefore lighter) so I had to wait another week and go back to pick up the second pair. The lenses are thinner and the glasses feel lighter but the fact is they didn't get it right the first time and as far as I'm concerned they didn't get it right the second either or there would not be any scratches on the lenses. I'm not ever going back to this location as they didn't seem competent to do the job right the first or even the second time.
